Located on the fourth floor of Summer House, “Above All Else” is literally above nearly everything on this stretch of the secluded Isle of Palms beach. To fully enjoy the oceanfront view, your family will spend hours on the spacious private deck that features an outdoor living room, complete with a sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, and a dining area.
Following a complete February 2025 renovation, coordinated by a professional decorator, “Above All Else” furnishings and design are truly special. The interiors are influenced by ocean-inspired elements with a freshly painted palette of white, blue and green that creates a comfortable, laid-back beach vibe. Luxury vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the entire condo.
“Above All Else” offers relaxing accommodations in each bedroom with Serta mattresses, new bedding, and new pillows. Both the Primary and Guest Bedrooms feature newly renovated private bathrooms that are equipped with hair dryers. The Primary Bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck.
“Above All Else” residents enjoy a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Your meals will be elegantly served either at the 6-seat dining table, 3-seat breakfast bar or on the balcony café table while enjoying the fresh ocean breezes.
