This is an absolutely awesome vacation home to spend one week or four! This house is a short walk(1block); bike ride or golf cart cruise straight to the beach! You have full access to all that Isle of Palms has to offer right around the corner including groceries, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. that are a quick ride, walk of golf cart cruise away! The home is completely outfitted from top to bottom with no expense spared! Home features a sprawling backyard that is privacy fenced with large pool, tons of patio space, huge grass lawns and beautiful live oak trees!! Two separate patios include outdoor ping-pong table, custom corn hole boards, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, eating areas, propane-fire pit, outdoor shower and Weber stainless gas grill. All yard and patio areas are non-toxic fogged all summer long for mosquitoes and gnats.

Inside the home has 5 total bedrooms, 3 bedrooms & 2 Full bathrooms down stairs with two separate living rooms(note; one living room is step down), both outfitted with flat screen TV's, Blu-Ray DVD players and huge sectional sofas! Downstairs you also have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter-tops and every accessory and appliance you would ever need! There is also a full laundry room downstairs with full size washer/dryer and folding area. Garage has another refrigerator/freezer for beverages and overflow groceries!

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms one of which is the "kids bunk room" with three twin beds and a loft "hang-out"(open to vaulted ceiling) room off that with double trundle bed and flat screen TV, DVD & Super Nintendo w/ 300 games loaded! Between the bunk room and loft on the second floor is a full bathroom with shower. Two staircases access the 2nd floor, a circular staircase off of the loft as well as a large carpeted back-staircase for anyone not comfortable or able to use circular staircase.

In addition to all of this the home also includes exquisite linens and bath & beach towels to be used while you stay.

House is outfitted for kids and adults and extremely kid friendly with games, books, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach games, badminton, bocce ball, croquet, corn-hole, bikes and other pool & lawn toys.

All Bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's mounted ~ Two additional Flat Screen TV’s in both Living & Family Rooms = 6 Total TV's!!

Guests have access to TWO CAR GARAGE!!

Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts. This is truly a one of a kind home in an excellent location on Isle of Palms with the beach and Intercostal Waterway just steps away!

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this house. No smoking or pets. The maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12. Please note, IOP is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels so no parties and large gatherings after 10 PM. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

To top off this great house, the full use of one standard golf cart is included with the property included with weekly rentals!! (liability release waiver required). If you would like to rent a golf cart with shorter rentals we can accommodate, please request. We also can provide a second golf cart for a small fee, please inquire when reserving home.
