This charming beach house is just one block from Isle of Palms Beach! Short 3 minute walk, 0.1 mile, to Isle of Palms Beach Access 34A and the Atlantic Ocean! There is room for the entire family (the well behaved furry ones too). The large backyard is fully fenced in, giving plenty of room for the kids or pets to safely run around in. Sit back and relax in the spacious yard while grilling your favorite meal. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a delicious meal with the whole family. There’s plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table or the outdoor table on the screened porch. Take a break and relax in the comfortable living room. Enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV or play one of the many board games available for your use. The first bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. You will find a second living room featuring a flatscreen TV downstairs. Throw a load of laundry in the washer and play a competitive game of foosball with the family. Grab a refreshing beverage from the conveniently located refrigerator downstairs. The third bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed with a jack and jill bathroom leading to the fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. The property was very conveniently located to the beach, just a short walk. Very pet friendly with a good size fenced in yard. The house is older and could use a little repair on the inside cosmetic wise. But it was very comfortable, and clean.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Isle of Palms property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and a short drive to restaurants, shops, and downtown Charleston. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. We enjoyed our stay at the house. It is located on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of dishes and flatware for the 9 of us. We would rent this house again if we go to IOP.

Property was great. Location was great. The only problem we had was the lawn maintenance people showing up at 730 in the morning wanting us to move our vehicles so they could get in the back yard. That was a little annoying, but other than that a great experience. Truely a wonderful week!

Great house four minute walk to the beach access boardwalk! Kitchen was fully stocked linens clean!
Beautiful furniture greet house! It had more kitchen accessories they thought of everything! The only item it the barn doors on two bedrooms although they look cool they’re not super private. And the main suite had stairs to downstairs and we had to inform others not to walk up them during nighttime for our own privacy. I’ll stay for a week or two free of charge and restrain your outdoor deck if you’re interested! :)
