Beautiful house, accommodated my family of 7 and 2 dogs. The AvantStay team was extremely responsive when we had issues. I would rent this house again. Very lovely neighborhood.

Annual Family Trip

My wife, our 3 daughters and their sig others stayed here in May. It’s an exceptional place - fun and functional backyard, perfect kitchen and family area, and awesome bathrooms. We’ve stayed at several places in IOP and this was our favorite thus far by a good bit. Also, Jacob the property maintenance guy is awesome. Incredibly attentive.

Girl’s getaway

This is one of my favorite properties I have stayed at! Beautiful on the inside and out and the location was perfect for us! Super clean and had enough supplies for the duration of our visit. Love the outdoor space (beautiful porch with 2 swings, fire pit area with table and chairs and pool with sufficient seating). Wish we had more time to enjoy all the house had to offer. The location was perfect for us ( close to the beach and only about a 20 min drive to King Street) The host as well as the property management Avant stay was in contact with us during the entire vacation reassuring us that they were there for us if we needed anything. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!!! We would definitely stay here again! Also, I would highly recommend Avant Stay for future rentals. Thank you for such a wonderful seamless service from start to finish!!!
