This second floor oceanfront condo offers guests gorgeous views from the sundeck and allows easy access to the beach and the Mariner's Walk community pool!

This condo features beautiful furnishings throughout! The living room has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, iPod docking station, access to the sundeck, and unparalleled ocean views! The renovated kitchen offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and includes a Keurig coffee maker!

The open floor plan downstairs makes this condo a great place for families to interact and enjoy each other’s company during their stay! The downstairs guest room offers a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the hall. Upstairs you will find a guest room with two twins and a full private bath and the master, which has a king bed, TV with DVD player, and full private bath with a walk-in tile shower. Beautifully landscaped complex w/access to community pool and charcoal grills.

WiFi and Linens are included. No smoking and No pets.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was very well equipped; the best I've experienced in a rental. The condo needed a good cleaning especially tile in living area and bathroom. Carpet was old, stained and dirty. The beds were comfortable. Area rugs in living area would have been appreciated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paul and I spent another wonderful winter at Mariner Walk 2F. We are looking forward to being back in 2016!
