Lovely property. Would have liked to have fitness center included in stay instead of paying extra and access to tennis center at other times. Loved the property and accessibility of everything including the bike path and felt secure on property.

Condo was ok

Condo was nice but out dated , especially in the FR. Furniture was not comfortable. Recycling was a major issue, it was over flowing when we arrived and it wasn’t picked up for 2.5 weeks. I had to call multiple times to make sure it was done. It was a lot of my time having to follow up. Thank you

Adequate, needs fixing and frustrating

Overall, the location was nice. There’s plenty of room in the condo but it needs some basic fixing up. From window that didn’t seem to stay shut, stains in carpet, owners closet doors falling over and internet and tv issues that took almost three days to fix it was ok. The property management company was not the most pleasant and also didn’t seem to care that a hurricane was coming (as long as there were no orders to evacuate you were not able to get any partial refunds for leaving early) pretty poor customer service all around!!!

Family stay

Unit was comfortable space wise and bath in each bedroom. Unit needs a little updating though. Carpet in master bed needs replacing. Not a fan of carpets in units at beach areas.

Very nice, clean house with everything we needed

This condo was very nice and convenient to friends staying in another house. It was very clean and we loved the pool access, proximity to marina, sidewalks and bike paths. Property manager texted to make sure we were happy and advised us to just ask if anything was needed. Will definitely consider it again in the future should the need arise.

Neat getaway!

Unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet! Lovele pool and hot tub. Secure and add gated location which was great! Close to many restaurants and shops. Would do it all over again!

Great location and easy!

We had a great experience in 307 Yacht Harbor. This was our first trip to Isle of Palms, we’ve been frequent visitors of HHI so we didn’t really know what to expect. It was really nice to be by the marina with a walkway behind so the kids could ride to the marina market. We liked having a pool in the complex. The kids mostly had it to themselves, barely anyone was there. The home was well stocked, especially in the kitchen. They had it all! Very easy and nice space for our family of four. I would highly recommend to anyone! Also, the property management company was amazing. Anytime I texted someone they immediately got back to me. I left a sentimental bracelet in one of the drawers by accident and they went back very day, found it and sent it back to me. Overall fantastic experience!

Family Wedding

Overall, the property was very nice. The VayK credit was a nice addition. There were a few mechanical problems (kitchen faucet, master bedroom blinds, and master bath shower) that required repair on our arrival. The faucet and blinds were quickly repaired by the maintenance person, however, the master shower was not fixed because of a need for a part. The unit location, cleanliness, parking, and supplies (kitchen, linens, etc) were all good. However, the biggest disappointment was not being informed that the pool and spa were not available at all during our stay as they were undergoing complete repair. We were not given notice, nor an alternative. This information may have impacted our choice of rentals, especially considering the cost of the stay..

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time at Yacht Harbor! It was spacious enough for all of us. We rented bikes and it was a short ride to the beach and to the marina. We enjoyed being in Wild Dunes and the quietness of the neighborhood. We will definitely visit again!

Great place!

We had a really great stay! Location is good, near the marina and a bike ride away from the beach. Only thing I would recommend is that we did take our car to drop stuff at the beach first when going because we couldn’t bring it all on the bikes we rented. We had a cart for one of the bikes but it will wasn’t big enough with chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Place was plenty big and the bedrooms were huge! Really like that the pool is only a walk away and there really wasn’t anyone at it much so we had it to ourselves a good bit. Would highly recommend staying here!
