Quiet!!!
The grounds are lovely. Beautifully located on the water. Rooms are not much and plumbing is in need of repair. Cold water did not work properly in jacuzzi or shower. Lighting is very poor throughout the room. No housekeeping available. A $10 corkage fee is charged if you bring your own alcohol to the pool area (which is fine), however the last 3 days we were there no one worked the poolside bar. Therefore, no drinks were available. To sum this review up, I would probably go back, if I could book at a reasonable price, just because the location is so good and the grounds are so lovely
The decor and gardens felt like a Mediterranean oasis. Beautiful property located right on the bay. It was awesome having free access to bikes, paddleboards and kayaks. Loved the free breakfast every morning. Boiled eggs, fresh ripe fruit, different breads, cereal, and hot coffee. There was some construction going on during our stay which we were unaware of where it took us from the mainland over to the pool area. Due to COVID The bar at the pool area was not open and they no longer deliver breakfast to your room. Arts district and nice restaurants within a short bike ride. All in all was a beautiful place to stay
It was decent, but not amazing. Not bad.
Loved the beautiful private surroundings, the quiet, the views. The pool and island were gorgeous. Justine took such great care of us there. And we were lucky enough to have the cabana one day, it was heaven. Breakfast delivery to our suite was lovely. One day we forgot to order and they were thoughtful enough to deliver what we had ordered the day before. Made our morning. Also liked being able to walk to some restaurants. We loved Mangrove Mikes, Lorelei's and Lazy Days. Cons: Not enough lighting in suite for an older person. No coffee maker/small Kuerig was really a problem since breakfast isn't served to your room until 7am. For we early risers, we had to walk the main drag trying to find early coffee. Not appreciated. Seems like an easy fix. We would definitely return to Casa Morada. Just so unique.
Property was a bit tired. Could use a bit of a face lift. At $500 a night I expected a bit more.
Excellent boutique resort and very peaceful. Value for money.
Pet friendly staff very attentive. Great continental breakfast close to nice restaurants, nice pool very relaxing!
Only issue is parking. A bit limited, not sure they can do much about it. Very quiet & serene setting. Near everything.
