In the row of residences, this tri-level home is the third closest to the beach. The ground level of the house has a two-car garage and covered patio with a dining area. From here, you can walk directly to the beach and pool. On the floor above, you’ll find a king bedroom and en suite bathroom, a powder bathroom, fully-equipped laundry room, and the main living space. It features an open floor plan with a kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need, a dining area with a table for eight, and a living area equipped with a smart TV. This main space opens onto a covered balcony where you can view the pool, marina, and ocean beyond.
The top floor is where you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. There is a king bedroom and en suite bath. Just next to it is the kid’s room outfitted with two twin bunk beds; the adjacent bathroom is the only one to feature a shower/tub combination. The master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, and a private uncovered balcony. Artwork from a local artist is unique to this residence.
