The staff were welcoming and helpful. Cassandra was amazing and made our stay amazing. We loved the location close enough to town but away from the main hotel zone. Sunsets from the balcony were epic. We definitely will come back to Holbox and hopefully stay here again..

Helpful, friendly staff. Especially enjoyed Cassandra! The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooftop pool is spectacular. An amazing place to watch the sunset or take a dip overlooking the ocean. Room was nice, clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly. Easy walk to beach and city center. Had a two nice balconies with view of ocean. The pool on the roof is small but comfortable. There was no bar or food service at the pool which was a bummer. You need to go to a beach club (for cost) if you want to sun bathe on a lounger chair.

Amazing experience, price was great. Staff was incredible. My fiancé and I loved the view from the room. And we enjoyed the day with Mostaza, the lobby dog. They provided all the tour options for a great price directly from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great every time. Also the view from the rooftop was incredible, drinks were great and it was a perfect spot to rest. We will definitely be returning

We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the location of the hotel, all of the amenities, and the room was both very clean and beautiful. The receptionists Daisy and Kassandra were very welcoming, pleasant, and professional. Kassandra went above and beyond in recommending tours, restaurants, and assisting in getting take-out food. We highly recommend Casa Astral and we plan on coming back soon!
