Over all good room and hotel. Had a great stay
Cozy hotel, clean with many amenities and close to everything.
Love location as it is an easy walk to where Tour buses pick up. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful with questions, directions and recommendation. The downside this time staying was the noise. Last time we stayed here we didn’t hear noise as we faced the courtyard, but this time we heard everything. From the riots that broke out which Hotel kept us safe from. To everyone yelling back and forth down the side street each night. The hotel provides earplugs so they are aware of noise. The pillows for bedding this time were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Rooms were clean and property is well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others but would warn them about noise level.

Pas d’air climatisé, donc fenêtre ouverte, donc énormément de bruit à l’extérieur. Notre chambre donnait sur la ruelle où plusieurs drogués venaient consommer.
Great location and staff is excellent (Beck at front desk was awesome). The room size was awesome and the location cannot be beat if you want bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

the room was so noisy, that it was impossible to sleep, the temperature was 15 degrees and even less in the bathroom. Why to they use AC during the winter time? Tnperature went up to 23 degrees after we changed it at the AC. Drunken people in the elevator. Staff was excellent :)
Nice but bathroom facilities could use some work. Tubs are very high to step up into. Good for the young not the elderly
Great great location , bus from/ to airport is 5 mins walking. Property was great. Comfy bed. But true stars are the staff, havent had a welcome so simple but so nice in years. Would come back to stay here without a doubt.
The staff was attentive, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for being in the middle of Dublin nightlife.
I did not like the fact that it was the first time in the country and no one explained the amenities at the hotel. i did not know how to turn on the electricity, i did not know how to work the hot water, i was not told that we did not have air conditioning. all of these things we had to figure out on our own and calling the front desk etc. all staff was nice but it would have been better if what was offered was explained better and if someone took us to room to help get settled.
Clean. We were in a handicap room which was fine but we were not informed. Sink was low
