Clean and comfortable hotel convenient to the bus and railway stations. A short walk to the centre, lots of places to eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar/breakfast room with views over Innsbruck. Breakfast quite expensive but convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

Location,Location Location!

This hotel is steps away from the train station. It could not be easier to get from the train to here-you cross no streets. The front desk crew is awesome; professional, polite and friendly. Check in was easy. The room is modern with an awesome view of the mountains. We were on the train side-but you would not know it! The room was quite quiet. The room was clean and looked updated. The hotel is located less than a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and all of the attractions. If I come back to Innsbruck, I will come back here!

The people are wonderful. The beds are terrific, but this is a working vacation for me and no Internet on the one day I need to be working and no one seems to have an idea when it’ll come back… Very disappointing.

This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

The perfect place for a short stay in Innsbruck

Accommodation feels brand new, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Room has a magnificent view as promised. Comfortable bed, immediate access to trains and close to the historic center. Breakfast was excellent, served in comfort “in the sky”.

Innsbruck week stay

Excellent location for our needs and had everything we wanted in a week stay. Breakfast offer was good and bar area in the evening excellent with attentive and pleasant staff. Room was compact with a very comfy and spacious bed - loved the 2 duvet concept! Window opening was also a positive and clean bathroom with modern fittings and great shower. Bedside lighting was good and well positioned and perfect for reading at night. Although the hotel was near a busy station there was no noise at all from the trains. The staff in reception were very pleasant welcoming, Amro in particular. Would recommend the hotel for its location, views and overall excellent standard of accommodation and experience.

Great location next to all transit hubs and the city centre. Customer service was not the best. Tried to call the hotel several times before arriving and was just placed on hold. Check in staff was curt and dismissive. Room was clean but only had a half roll of toilet paper and no replacement. There was no phone to call the front desk Priced as a four star but operates as a budget motel

A wonderful hotel with a great view over the mountains and train tracks - the room was a little on the small side, but the stay was extremely comfortable and staff were welcoming. The breakfast provided was also of a good variety and I would recommend this hotel to all who may want to have a convenient option for lodging near the Innsbruck train station.
