Close to everything on the Northside! This updated modern two bedroom, one bathroom home is nestled inside nature but right next to Keystone Ave and minutes from 465. Close to Keystone Mall, Broad Ripple, Carmel, Zionsville, Nora, and downtown Indy.
You'll have a full kitchen, laundry, desk, and huge backyard to relax in. Don't be surprised if you see a few deer!

Good energy and positive vibes in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom retreat! This property features a king size bed in each bedroom, interesting books to read, and three TVs (one in the living room, and one in each bedroom). In the main living area you'll find plenty of seating, workspace, and a conveniently stocked kitchen. This open concept retreat is the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore Indy or for those longer work stays!

For pet consideration, please send me an inquiry.

There is a separate unit/guest suite in the converted garage. Each unit has its own private entrance and designated parking. There is no internal access to either unit.

Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

There is an exterior ring doorbell located at the entry door. This faces the driveway area. It records motion/clips/sound and will be on. There is a second exterior ring doorbell located at the entryway of the guest suite which faces the guest suite's parking area by their separate entry door.
