Stayed there for the Indy Mini. Perfect location and staff was friendly and helpful
Everything about the property was excellent with one exception. The bathroom door has an opaque insert. I have seen this in several high end hotels on recent travels. This would be fine for a single traveler. However, if more than one person is in the room and one gets up to use the bathroom for any reason during the night, the light shines brightly through the door into the bedroom area. It would be better with a solid door, or some type of shade to cover the opaque insert during the night.
The King bedroom was wonderful and cozy. I loved the large floor to ceiling window and my room had a beautiful view of the White River. The shower was also very relaxing and spa-like. My only issues were poor cell phone reception throughout the hotel and the wifi signal was not great.
Love how clean and nice everything is
Very clean. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful with directions around the area.
Well the pool wasn’t available so that was a bummer. Facility was nice and clean
I think it’s time hotels start doing food room service again. This hotel would not bring food to your room. There is no scientific reason why room service could expose someone. It is an excuse especially for a higher end property to not provide that convenience.
Booked two beds and only got one bed. Second bed was a roll in bed and was a prison mattress
The bill showed we owed $70 for internet access. That is outrageous. There was no housekeeping service. There were no glass glasses. Only plastic. It took over 30 minutes for them to deliver two glasses that I requested so I didn't even both requesting de-caf coffee packets. Put a very bad taste in my mouth for staying at a Marriott property ever.
Really great hotel and would stay again
Great view from 31st floor corner room. We checked in late after dinner. We were told our prepaid corner room was no longer available . We would be given a standard room. And they said the fault was yours. You oversold the property -more rooms than you were allotted . Had to speak to management to get a proper room.
Everything was wonderful however the parking was much more expensive that we expected! There is local street parking is readily available nearby, however you just have to move your car by 7am. Also there are not a ton of healthy options for food at the hotel and if you are going to a local restaurant in make sure to make a reservation!
Love the property just wish the pool was open
Good property. Staff is struggling a bit during the on-going pandemic…mostly a numbers game as it seems they are a bit understaffed still.
Very Stylish wish all room had a fridge.
This used to be my favorite property to stay at. I know the Covid is around but I do think you out to let people know when they check in that there is no bad service there is no towel service. Did not enjoy my stay.
Great location Very modern and comfortable room. Nice view
