Stayed at JW Marriott for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Super easy valet parking. Room had two queens with a good city view and easily accommodated four adults. Had dinner at High Velocity—great food, great cocktails, amazing service. Was easily walkable (10-15 minutes) to the concert venue. Would definitely stay again.
Requested prepaid room was not available when we checked in after the stated check-in time. Had difficulty hearing check-in staff when checking in - she admitted being a "low" talker. Otherwise, stay was excellent.
We were very disappointed that we had reserved a high floor room with a view and a king bed. When we arrived, they indicated that they had double booked many of those rooms and we were relocated to a two queen lower floor. This was a big disappointment...

Loved staying at the JW for Indy 500 weekend! Everyone was extremely helpful and all smiles. (Only minor drawback was the fee for internet for non-direct booking - surprised to see it.) Otherwise, top notch service, accommodations, loved the robe included in the room, and the generous shampoo/body wash/conditioner in the shower!! Special shoutout to our waitress in the Italian restaurant - great service!

Everything about the property was excellent with one exception. The bathroom door has an opaque insert. I have seen this in several high end hotels on recent travels. This would be fine for a single traveler. However, if more than one person is in the room and one gets up to use the bathroom for any reason during the night, the light shines brightly through the door into the bedroom area. It would be better with a solid door, or some type of shade to cover the opaque insert during the night.
The King bedroom was wonderful and cozy. I loved the large floor to ceiling window and my room had a beautiful view of the White River. The shower was also very relaxing and spa-like. My only issues were poor cell phone reception throughout the hotel and the wifi signal was not great.
