The hotel is in a great location & is clean. The bathrooms/ shower was really nice. I was torn between 3 & 4 stars bc there were some issues. One is that when we arrived before 4pm we were told the self park was already full, so we had to do valet. I know it was a busy weekend, but ive never had that happen before. I didnt expect the room to be soubd proof, but it was SO loud. Of course, we could hear the outside noise bc of location, but there were several loud parties going on all night long. Im pretty chill usually, but these were incredibly loud & never stopped. The beds werent very comfortable. The room was $358/ night, so I did expect better. Someghing they couldnt help, but people should plan for is long waits for the elevators.. it reminded me of Vegas & could take 10-15 minutes.

This was a fantasric place to stay. The rooms were very clean, and I mean actually clean. They paid atrention to detail. The restaurant options were great. Valet parking was very convenient. The hotel front desk staff seemed very distracted and uninterested in customers. There was a huge spill in one of the elevators. When I tried to alert a staff member, I was ignored by three and finally got irritated and found a fourth to report it.

Excellent service, spacious room that was well appointed, comfy bed, nice jets in shower. Drawbacks were ice and microwaves only on 2nd floor, limtited dining options, loud slamming doors, no rooftop bar/bistro, no chairs at end of hallway view window niches, and very loud and active firehouse just up the road. Overall great stay though.
