This is a great location if proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium or Lilly is needed. Parking is easy and attached. The unit is complete but not exactly cozy. Beds were a little too soft for my taste.

Overall Great Place to Stay!

Overall, very nice apartment-style building with everything you could need during your stay. Step-by-step instructions regarding how to get inside the building. Perfect location, within walking distance of popular entertainment spots and restaurants! Only drawbacks were the lack of lighting in the bedrooms, no control over the A/C making it quite hot at night, and loud noises from the street adjacent to the building throughout the night.

Location was great and the apartment was very clean and for the most part comfortable. What could have improved it would have been the addition of some bedside lamps. There were none in one bedroom and the one in the other bedroom was inadequate. Table lamps would also help in the living room space. Very difficult to read in any of those rooms. Also since I was there for several days, I would have liked more than two hangers in the closet. These are minor things, but they did impact the overall quality of the stay.

Great Location for a Fever Game

This is a great place to stay if visiting downtown Indy! It's close to everything from Lucas Oil Stadium, to Victory Field or Bainbridge Fieldhouse. The condo was just as described. So nice that it had all the necessary amenities for your stay including laundry soap! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. I also appreciated the building security. The included parking garage was a super value, as parking is a premium I downtown. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the agency sent very detailed instructions. Some older reviews mention it was hard to locate or check-in, but we had no problems and it was a breeze. Staying here was so much more comfortable than in a hotel - we were two couples so it was nice to each have our own private space as well as common areas to hangout. There is also a nice pool and workout space within the condo property - we didn't use them but checked them out and they seemed great. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Indy.

A.C.didn’t work properly. Was very warm until emergency maintenance came later that night. Water pressure was so slow in bathroom sink that it seemed as if the water was dripping. Elevator kept sticking. So stairs were a better option…
