The property was truly a home away from home. All we needed was our clothes, a few groceries, and sorts gear. The rest is there!! Very convenient for travel sport guests!

We had an absolute great stay! The house was clean and cozy, the outside was manicured with a fire pit, grill and picnic table. We’ll be staying again next year! And the host answered every question, and even let us get in a little early. 100/10 stars!

Well stocked with supplies/utensils to cook and eat at home. Dishwasher was not working but assume that will be fixed. Very prompt with assistance unlocking the door, just need to know the mechanics but was easy after that. Nice house and yard for kids, quiet neighborhood.

This house is perfect! We stayed here for a softball tournament and the location is fantastic. We had more than enough room and supplies. The coffee bar was awesome. The kitchen has more than enough supplies and utensils and the outdoor patio and grill were great for cooking hamburgers and hanging out with teammates. The air conditioner was cold and we had plenty of hot water and towels. Everything I could think of needing was there. Super experience with the owner.

Home had everything we needed for a comfortable four day stay. The coffee bar was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked. Outside space looked fantastic, but rain did not allow us to use the propane firepit. Our grandson enjoyed the game room! Living space furniture VERY comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again for next year's baseball tournament!

Location to the baseball facilities is terrific, great safe walking trails!Well equipped kitchen, had Everything you would need to cook a meal. Backyard was nice with fire table and table/chairs. Nice new large grill. Only suggestion would be some lighting in the back yard for after dark. Thank you very much!

Tournament Retrear

Our group was 4 adults and three teenage boys. We were there for a lacrosse tournament. The home was a perfect place to relax after long hot days at Grand Park. Plenty of space for everyone, nicely decorated, very clean, and everything you could need!! 100% better than being stuck in hotel rooms! Close to Kroger to grab food for cooking in the stocked kitchen and to get ice for coolers for the tournament. Too hot for fire pit, but the adults still hung out there at night to relax. We appreciated the specialty stocked coffee bar each morning. Such a treat! The boys enjoyed chilling in the loft area playing games and watching movies. Very nice home in a great neighborhood to explore on our morning walks. Check-in/out was smooth and owner was very responsive. We will definitely return!

Summer Basketball Team Stay Near Pacers and Mojo

Excellent house for a family and small team to stay. Perfect amount of space for 10 people of varying ages. Excellent indoor and outdoor spaces. Plenty of beds and places to unwind without being all over each other. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Weekend Trip for Baseball

We booked this property for one of our sons baseball tournament at the field of dreams. This property was only about 5 min for the fields. The house and property was as listed and very clean. We will be back next time we have a tournament in Noblesville.

Best VBRO stay we’ve had!

We recently moved from Phoenix to Northern Indiana and had to go down to the Indianapolis Westfield area for our daughter’s basketball tournament. The property owner. Bryan was great from the start communicating quickly and answering all of our questions. The home was pristine and had everything we needed for our whole family, including games for the kids and an huge backyard with a fire pit to relax after a long day. This was one of the best VBRO we’ve ever stayed at and will stay here in future when we need to come back to Westfield if it is available what a great stay!
