Can't rate property because I didn't go! My concert was canceled due to COVID and Orbitz would not let me cancel the room! Not good business on Orbitz part. I won't ever use Orbitz again!

A letter to the CEO will be forth coming . Employees were being disruptive in the lobby as they came into work with loud talking at 4 a.m. Vacuuming around my door way before 6 a.m. The shower was disgusting and looks like it has never been clean (pictures taken) I will be going on social media to let everyone know that this place needs to be shut down and notify the health department.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and I had good access to where I needed to go.

Served our purpose very well. Nice Breakfast Friendly staff

very old carpet, looks dirty. The hallway and room are smelly.

When we first got to the hotel, it seemed like an ordinary Super 8. After getting checked in, we found that the toilet in the room was dirty. The next day, we got notice that the water was going to be off for a certain amount of time. It was, however, close to walmart and a couple other shopping centers. Good hotel for the price. Hopefully, if you decide to use this hotel, it will be clean and they will have water for you.

The Super 8 was not that clean, Breakfast was at 7am which was to late for us to take advantage of. [...]

The motel sits next to a main highway, but you have to wind around back of the hotel to get to it. There are no signs in back of the hotel to direct you to it. I had to call the hotel from my car and be directed in. This was most inconvenient late at night!

The sign is very clear from the highway, but you can't enter from the highway. You have to go through a maze of streets around to the back where there is not even one sigh marking the hotel, making it difficult to find. I had to call and have the clerk guide me. We were escorted to our room by a member of the cleaning staff who was setting in one of the rooms as we went up stairs and said she wanted to check to make sure our room had been cleaned. She opened the door and said 'yes, it is done'. With the epidemic of bed bugs these days, we checked our beds carefully. We did not find bed bugs. We did find chips between the sheets, on the floor under the bed spread, and what appeared to be salsa on the blanket! This room had never been cleaned, but was passed off as clean! The girl behind the desk said she would take care of it. Obviously, we marked the sheets and blankets. When we returned, the same blanket was on one of the beds and the chips were still on the floor. Upon a second conversation, the desk clerk said there were no clean blankets and she had to wash them. In that case, why was one a different one and the other was not? We wore our sandals the entire time we were in the room, we didn't even want to walk on the carpet. We were in town to see family, so spent very little time in the room, which, under the circumstances was a very good thing. The staff was very friendly, but that does not make up for the very filthy room. This is the worst experience I have ever had at an hotel, and this was the highest price I have ever had to pay for a room. It was very over priced. That might have been easier to accept had things been clean. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, but will spread my experience. Avis Little

get what you pay for

MY friend and i were going to the Nickleback concert. The hotel was only a few miles from the verizon center. so it was handy. the room was very clean and smelled good. one problem we did have, was that there were loud noises all night long.

Went to the Def Leppard/Poison/Cheap Trick concert which was excellent. Room was good enough for what we needed, but bathroom was really dirty and felt like there were crumbs in the bed. I specified a smoking room but didn't get it nor was I told whether or not it was available. The continental breakfast was only until 9 and we felt it should have gone later; at least an hour after checkout time so people could have a chance to get up, get ready, and stop when checking out to grab a cup of coffee.
