Waste Money Elsewhere

Unfriendly staff (ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER) refusing to accommodate a business booking MULTIPLE ROOMS and trying to fix a clerical error. Basically made us waste $1.2K on bookings because they weren't willing to be flexible but there's more than one hotel in the area. We will take our business elsewhere in the future... to people who understand clerical error and want to keep guests returning..

Checking in was a problem. Desk manager was away for 20 minutes helping some guest and no other staff available.Others came to check in but security seemed lacking. I could have wandered about hotel freely

Very kind workers helpful, clean quiet wish the pool would’ve been cleaned earlier so we could’ve went swimming after breakfast so I could give a review on the pool. but it did look wonderful altogether. We had an awesome stay and will utilize staying again .

Couldn't get the wifi to work. The shower was dirty and there was trash under the sink. The floor was sticky. I wish I could add pictures. The night stands weren't wiped down where people had spilled stuff. We couldn't even park on the property because there wasn't enough spaces. Breakfast wasn't bad though.
