It is a very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff for the most part. They did not help us get a ride to go somewhere, just gave us a card for a very expensive car service that was of no help. Other than that its an great hotel.
the staff was very helpful and friendly plus the room was extremely clean, large, well-appointed, and comfortable. plenty of parking in the large parking lot was great too. the only negative was that the pool was closed due to covid but I did not see that mentioned anywhere when making my reservation and a hotel with a pool was one of my search criteria. other than that all was excellent as well as a good value and I would definitely stay there again & recommend the Holiday Inn Express Fishers.

The elevator was out of order and our room was beside the door going.down the stariway which was horrible got to hear the door slam all hours of the night.I literally mean slam bang and keep you awake. Told the desk they just said oh sorry
We arrived, got a room. Entered room, small but nice/clean. got ready, left. Came back late, slept. Woke in the am, ate breakfast (it was fine, enough to eat). got ready and check out. Lovely stay, would definitely stay here again!!!
I like the laminated floor in the room and the modern sleek interior design. However, the layout of the bathroom is awkward -- if you put the bath rug in front of the shower, you cannot open the bathroom door. When I first checked in, an used soap with hair attached to it was still left at the shower and the tile floor in the shower was sticky.
This is a good clean hotel, they have a small indoor pool and a good hotel gym. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable.
Pros: The hotel is nice and bright, you can see the updates that have been done. The walls, carpets, bathrooms, lobby, and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were nice quality and comfortable. The breakfast was above average for this price range. It included hot items like pancakes, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs. All of which were okay. They also had the standard continental breakfast fare including pastry's, oatmeal cups, cereal and yogurt. Their OJ didn't seem watered down, which is a find at a hotel breakfast. Nice towels were provided at the pool. Cons: All of the elevators were creaky, very creaky, so much so that we used the stairs. The pool is beyond tiny, and not near the lobby so completely un-monitored. The hotel room we stayed in had a large crack in the ceiling. The vanity is the bathroom is WAY too high. In addition the vanity being high, the sink is a modern "raised" sink, which make it impossible to wash my face without making a huge mess.
