The location was great. The room itself was nice and clean. The lobby and commons area were in need of updated carpet and desks, etc. The elevator did not work which could be a problem for potential guests unable to climb the staris. Wifi was shoddy. I thought there was to be a free continental breakfast, but that was not the case.

Made my reservation via hotels.com & paid in full with card. There was no front desk person, just a kiosk. The atmosphere was quite uncomfortable. Then they required a security deposit, at nearly the price of the room - that's quite excessive. When I refused, they would not cancel the reservation. They will not work with hotels.com to offer a refund as well. Let's say this chain is now on my never go to list again.

Problems in the parking lot all night with a rude guest. Yelling and screaming all night. Front desk was no help. Indy police was no help sadly. Pillows were worthless. To flat. And could not get any help from housekeepers. The air conditioner in the room worked about half the stay. I will not bring my family back there.

Pretty good but not great yet.

Hotel is in midst of renovation and looking better each time we stay but we have had the same room twice now, two months apart, and the same three areas on three different walls inside the room have been patched but not painted. Would also be nice to have a small fridge and microwave.
