This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach desired destinations in a fair amount of time. Will consider booking this rental again!

Great place in Indy

Property is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Only had two issues. Housekeeping had previously placed bed cover on floor when cleaning, then placed it on the bed. Causing the bed to have grass under the top cover. We shared with owner who called housekeeping immediately and even offered to make it up to us. The other was when the power went out the thermostat didn’t reset. Easily fixed.
