The pool was a lot of fun for my children. The set up was different from any hotel that we have stayed at. Unfortunately the building was in need of upkeep and repairs. Rooms were not cleaned like they should have been. One of our rooms had 3 bugs in it.
Jill at the front desk was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
I stayed just for one night and was difficult for us to find the room, we have to open different doors to access to hallways. The carpet was dirty and smells bad.
Most of the staff was great but you know what they say it only takes One Bad Apple
Still recovering for COVID workforce shortage the staff that was there went out of their way to make it a great experience. Extra friendly and attentive service from both daytime and night time staff.
The property was close to IUP and restaurants. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and good channels on TV. It did not have direct sunlight since there were no windows to the outside. Hotel is in need of updating.
great friendly staff and great food in the bar area. This canadian was impressed and the band there fri and sat were great. Will come back
I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. One of the best I stayed in.. in a long time. The Breakfast we paid for to be included in our stay was great, my children lived it. The hotel was quiet and clean. Theh had a little gym and a pool. They have a bar and grill. We loved the inside courtyard as well. We will definitely book again!!!
We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and the staff was always overly friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs. The courtyard was a great area for the kids to play and the pool was clean and perfect. We never ate at the restaurant but the décor was amazing and it was very clean. The bar had good drinks and COLD beer. We used the crib and it was an actual (mini) crib and not a pack n play. The location was great and easy to find. We will be staying again when we return to Indiana.

I stayed here while visiting family, it was a nice place to sleep but probably not great as a vacation destination.
Stayed on 2nd floor where construction/remodeling is taking place. The air was beoken in hallway and it the heat was intolerable.
The room was very nice, the building was great and even had a pool. The only problem i had were the extremely hot hallways, and the mysterious charges on my account from the bar even though i had paid my tab there were extra charges on my card the next day. I was there for a wedding so i let it slide, although i would've preferred to have had this refunded i didn't have time as i was in town for a wedding.
The hotel has been updated since our last stay. The furnishings are nice and everything was clean and the staff was friendly. But there aren't enough ice machines, access to the restaurant is poor, and parking is so-so.
We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, although the bathroom was small.There is no elevator and we had a 2nd floor room, which proved to be difficult for my wife who has bad knees. However, since we have reservations at the same Inn for Christmas, the staff assured us that we could have a first floor room for that stay. The indoor pool was a big plus.
