The view from Heliotopos is stunning. We stayed in family room where we had small kitchen. Loved the balcony. Joseph is really helpful. He helped us booking the bus day tour around the Santorini island. The breakfast didnt have much choices, but very refreshing and fresh. George's freshly made orange juices is amazing. Overall a great hotel to stay. We had to walk Fira which is about 20 mts, not bad in the day time. Since the season did not started many restaurants near this hotel was closed. We had a 24/7 super martket illios, they have free delivery. Their food is really yummy. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. i will go back next year in summer.

Incredible “as-advertised” views! Doesn’t get any better than being at the highest point in Imerovigli with a jaw-dropping view of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. Service was great, bed was excellent, but there was one problem that normally would bring a review down to one star... noise. My wife and I were woken up every single night that we slept at Aqua suites. The first night it was some random people, likely drunk, who were extremely loud at 3 or 4 am. Didn’t last too long but we realized quickly that our room was susceptible to much of the noise from outside. The second day an Arabic speaking family moved in to 402 right next to us and were extremely loud. We went to speak with Manos at the desk because while it was during the day when we just happened to be there in between activities and dinner, we had explicitly reached out to them about ensuring that we would not be disturbed by noise in the suite that we had selected and that we would be willing to select a quieter room or upgrade if necessary... anyway, he assured us that he would take care of it right away. The noise stopped immediately and we went on our way. Unfortunately, that night, the gentleman in that room came out at 1 or 2am to have a very loud conversation on his phone which woke my wife and I up (I am not a light sleeper and we were both very tired). I phoned the front desk and they immediately sent someone who came right over and handled the situation. The final night I got no sleep at all... a

We just returned from 5 nights at the Kallisto Hotel in Imerovigli. We stayed in a loft suite which was perfect for my husband and I. I don't think it had a number. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and markets close. Breakfast was brought to us each morning that consisted of pastries, grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, juice and tea. It was perfect to get the day started. The VIEW is AMAZING! And the Julian and his staff are just as amazing. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Julian arranged for us to rent an ATV for four days to explore the island which was perfect! The only complaint I have..and this has nothing to do with the hotel..was that our gas from ATV was stolen two nights in a row..but it happens. We didn't get to use the pool as it was too cold this time of the year. My husband used the fitness room a couple of nights. Would recommend this hotel if you want quiet and romantic.
