we needed some ice and on the ground floor the machine was just running water in it and told us we needed to go to the next floor to get ic e, my wife just came from the hospital and couldn't go up the stairs to get the ice and was told the elevators didn't work all the time, so the man on duty finely got up and the ice. Also the breakfast served was was cool/not hot at 6:20 in the morning. Not a very good start.

We were not informed the hotel was under construction which was not safe for children. The entrance to the elevators was only covered by tarps and children could get into the area (not safe). The bathtub in the bedroom had exposed sidings which would frequently slide off exposing the tubing and wires (again, not safe for children). Part of the baseboards were also coming off as well. The rest of the stay was fine, and the room seemed clean.

Hotel was under renovation. We were not advised of this when we reserved a room at this hotel. Our room was adequate, but very dated. The shower doors were very dirty and rust stained. We had to walk around a construction area to get to the elevator to our room. We would not recommend this hotel to others. Staff members were very professional and friendly. They apologized for the hotel construction.

Don’t stay here!

Property is under construction, you should tell people that! Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Missing window screen. Remote needs new batteries. Don’t stay at this place, it’s not worth the price.

The property is under construction with few parking spaces and a new entrance with no visual signs. They told me they can't keep up with the requirement of Hampton Inn and are becoming a Country Inn. It was disappointing. However, the staff where kind and when our first room had a terrible bed they were happy to move us which was great!

Very clean and comfortable! STAFF was AMAZING, going FAR above and beyond by: -putting a couch in my accessible room for my frail 96 year old mother to sit on when visiting me -making sure that we had access to the hotel wheelchair at all times -pushing my mother (while in the wheelchair) in and out of the hotel and up and down the long hallway to my room when my siblings were not there -providing a delicious complete breakfast -graciously helping arrange and put back chairs and tables in the lobby for a pizza dinner for 15 people -being SO VERY gracious and accommodating Terri, Pam, Kristen and Damon all deserve the highest commendation!!!
