Downtown Condo with Rooftop Terrace - Casa Marano - 'The Intag' (#1)

Newly finished condo in the heart of downtown Cotacachi. Just steps away from all the great restaurants and shopping the city has to offer! One block from the city square. This 2 bedroom condo features a modern, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a great view! Dining area and living area with a small balcony, which opens to a view of the walkway to the main square. Master Bedroom has ample closet space and a full private bathroom. The unit also has a second full bathroom.
The recently finished rooftop terrace offers a '360' view of Cotacachi and the surrounding countryside. The terrace is complete with lounging area, grill, oven and dining area.
Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available for use without charge to all guests.
Just a short walk to shops, restaurants, banks, 2 open-air markets, and the famous 'Leather Row'. Taxis are cheap and plentiful.
We are happy to arrange your transportation from the Quito airport to our condo with a local driver for a modest fee, as well as tours of the surrounding area.
The condo features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Nice location

A bit noisy at times but to be expected on a bus route. Beautiful views. Church Bells added an Old World Charm. Rooftop was nice.
