Clean rooms and good costumer services. The hotel Is in a good area stores restaurants , fast food mall... etc. also the hotel offered breakfast.... I recommend they always cleaning around Disinfecting everything..
First room smelled like smoke (no error by the hotel, result of a disrespecting guest), but the hotel moved us immediately and upgraded our room.

Hotel beautiful in the usual style of a Marriott. The only strange twist to this location is they took over the physical plant from a competitor and the layout is odd. The structure is only two stories and many of the rooms are extremely far from the front desk and there is one elevator in the hotel. By far I mean you literally walk to hallways to get to the lobby and front desk and each hallway is hundreds of feet. When we checked out the front desk manager told us remember next time ask for a room close to the lobby. Bring your sneakers. The hotel is extremely conveniently located for Hyannis airport it is literally one block away, and that distance is shorter than the hallways.
Wonderful hotel, excellent location. Exceptionally clean. Great staff. Maybe rethink Bistro into more of a sit-down restaurant/bar type.
Close to golf, was able to leave car and was only a short taxi to ferry
Close to golf and short drive to great seafood left car at hotel and was ashort taxi ride to ferry to nantucket
what a savings to be able to leave our car at Marriott for free while we spent a few days in Nantucket......
It was a perfect place to relax, and get away from the day-to-day busy school and work schedule! The kids loved the pool, walking along Hyannis Main St., and spending time at the National Seashore. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included w/the cost of the hotel.
The room was a great size and at first glance appeared very clean. However, when I went into the bathroom there was black hair in the shower, sink, and on the floor. When we took a shower, it took a long time to drain and lo and behold the drain was blocked by hair. There was also what appeared to be some lotion that has dropped onto the floor by previous customers and was not wiped up. My impression was that the bathroom was not cleaned by housekeeping, just neatened up. For the money we spent for the room my husband and I expected better.
The hotel was clean and centrally located. It is next to a Mall and Olive Garden so plenty of variety for family meals. it is also very close to Rt.A, so easy to get to other places on the Cape. Nice pool but no hot tub, nice gym but only 2 treadmills. Rooms are good size with a flat screen TV.
After a busy family vacation week just what we needed - a clean and quiet place to decompress before heading back home.
We enjoyed our stay there. The entire motel was very clean. Would recommend staying there to everyone.
