An exceptional hotel. Everything about it is exceptional. The treatment of all the staff,all the reception staff,all the restaurants staff, the house keeping staff, the bars staff, the design of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel and the beach, and the organization of the hotel, especially Mr. Asim, the reservations manager, Mr. Obama, the restaurant manager, Mr. Muhammad, Mr Mahmoud, Mr Abdullah from the restaurant, the bar staff, and the reception staff. This is the reason for my repeated visits to this exceptional hotel. It's the third visit.

🅿️ Arrival & Check-In: Parking is outside the hotel, so be prepared to walk in the sun if you need the car. Check-in was smooth (done in 5 mins), and the helpful front desk staff gave us a free upgrade to pool-view rooms. Rooms were ready by 1:30 PM after lunch. 🛏️ Rooms: Spacious, clean, modern furniture, excellent AC, and daily housekeeping with restocked essentials. 🍽️ Food: High-quality, varied meals. Breakfast included smoked salmon. Beachside lunch featured fresh pizza, grilled items, pasta, and Egyptian pastries. Dinners had themed nights: grilled lamb, kofta, hawawshi, shrimp, duck, steak, and more. Big plus: food is available from 7 AM–1:30 AM—perfect for families with kids. 🌊 Beach & Activities: Beautiful sea, ideal for snorkeling with coral reefs right off the shore. Sandy area is great for kids. Only downside: narrow beachfront and limited sunbeds—go early. Aqua park was fun and not crowded. Animation team offered nightly entertainment. 👥 Staff & Facilities: Friendly, professional staff, good Wi-Fi across the hotel, and 24/7 beverage service. ✅ Overall: We loved our stay—clean rooms, great food, helpful staff, and fun activities. Highly recommended, especially for families.

The resort's design is truly impressive, offering easy access to all facilities regardless of room location. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the reception team who provided a complimentary upgrade to a pool-view room. The resort is clean and well-managed, with nicely decorated rooms and a beautiful sandy beach featuring lovely corals.
