Excellent service, will definitely be going back. Spent 10 nights at this resort and enjoyed every second of it. Many thanks to Angelika, Sara and another Sara again at the Guest relations desk who made our stay a memorable one. 5* service, anything we wanted it was a matter of one phone call and it was done. Many thanks to the members of staff, very polite and willing to offer assistance. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada
We stayed 8 days in this hotel. Although room furniture are fairly old, but the cleaning staff were very good in keeping the hotel rooms up to the standard. All staff were very helpful and courteous , they will make sure you are always happy and well served. The food were lovely and clean , with new dishes everyday and the chef always come to most table to make sure, people love his food. We had the half board which was very convenient. The hotel beach were very nice with a good service offered to us by Hamid. We love this hotel and certainly I am highly Recomend it to everybody.
It has a wonderful view on the sea and the pool ( a bit small ). I liked its beach, food, parties and Spa and its quietness :) . it has a friendly staff specially animation team. They made my vacation
my 2 weeks spending in these hotel was one again a wonderfull time with fantastic peoples. So many hearty peoples...good friends...all considerate me as a member of her *big family"....and surely...i feel everytime very well and safe. I had realy very much relax and fun with: all the staff ...whereever i was in the building Animationteam:Sasha, Valentina, Lisa, Mostafa & Mido: (y).....i love you all other customers (german, serbian, suisse, polnisch, english) i hope will see you all soon again
Room not clean dust everywhere we had to change our room again it's dirty I thought it's fivestar hotel but it's no 4 **** staff are very nice and friendly only one swimming pool not much to do good location they change me extra what I booked for thanks to all staff
We stayed for just 4 days in October and had the most perfect time. Beautiful clean rooms with beautiful views over the Red Sea and marina. We relaxed on the island, enjoyed a massage at the spa and dined in the Tuscany Restaurant as well as taking breakfast in the main restaurant and trying out room service. Food was always excellent! Special thanks to the staff who are all so customer focused but in particular to Ahmed on reception who was so helpful and attentive, Ibrahim from the spa and also Valentina from animation who we enjoyed talking to. All in all beautiful hotel, beautiful location, can’t wait to come back soon!
We stayed here for two nights before catching the plane home and we loved it. We had been staying on a diving boat so the extra comfort in the hotel was most welcome. The bed and linen were superb as was the room. The shower was fantastic. We had room service one evening and the food was great and not too expensive either. We stayed by the pool one of the days and the service was great. They were brought over our beer and even our lunch. Thank you Emad for making us extremely welcome. You were fantastic. We also ate at the restaurant by the pool and the service and food were all fab. (I loved the Kofta) All in all we will be visiting this hotel again when in Hurghada. It was a step above the other resorts we have been to before. We will be doing the bed and breakfast option again. Room 9/10 Service 8/10 Food 8.5/10 Value. 8.5/10
This is now the 4th time we are coming to Marriott Hurghada hotel and we really hope to come here again and again! The speciality of the hotel is a small private island with a nice bar which makes the whole area very unique and beautiful. Wonderful beach with service, very good dinner and a really fantastic breakfast. Perfectly cleaned rooms with a breattaking sea view! The only thing that was a negative surprise this year, was a very load musik during the day from the pool area and at the same time (!) from the island bar. However after we complained it has been fixed, and it has been taken care during our entire stay (13 days) that it will not happen again at the day time when people are relaxing at the beach. In general the hotel staff is VERY professional and friendly!!! Cleaning man (our room was always perfectly clean), reception desk, restaurant staff, animation, beach staff - really all of them are 100% right people for their jobs! Big THANK YOU and we hope to come again!
I have stayed at this Marriott several times for quick get-a-ways from work in Cairo. The staff made an effort to recognize my stays by adding a fruit tray to my room as a welcome. The Concierge greeted me by name on my third stay and offered the same room as I had for my prior visit. There is a sense is appreciation for customers and the staff demeanor shows excellent personal training. Waleed is the manager, Angelika is Concierge and Front Desk staff Islam and Emad all spoke excellent English, German and Russian. Very impressive.
well I have to start by saying, yet again the Marriott did not disappoint us at all. we stayed in room 633, stunning views massively comfy bed, the staff & hotel are like a big family, treated us extremely well,my special thanks go out to Miss Sara on Guest relations, truly great and friendly very helpful, I kept sneaking up on her making tiger noises, and saying sarah no tiger in Egypt. haha, all front staff were excellent, my special thanks to Mr remon for assisting with medical services, as I forgot my prescription from the uk. All front end staff were excellent. Annimation My special thanks goes to Mustafa and the ladies, However Mustafa is an Excellent ambassador to this Hotel. My friends at the pool to Arafat, Hamad again great great people always smiley friendly happy people. the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel, is not just all the facilities Its the Team, they make the Marriott great not good. So team Marriott I thank you with all my heart for giving us a great time and making us feel like part of your Family truly appreciated, surf & turf bars food excellent, Mr Ehab and team Brilliant job, my special mention to chef Mabrouk, great man, great chef great fun, all staff in both bars are excellent staff brilliant, I cannot praise this hotel enough Not the cheapest however a holiday is about the guest experience, you cannot put a price on that, I would highly recommend this Hotel, Special note was the general Manager was visible every day all I can say is Mr Sammi please give all huge payrises, Especially, Mustafa, Arafat, Hamad sacha, valeria, Remon Miss sara , oh thinking about it, put the prices up by 3% and give them all a payrise, If I had to pick any great people I would say Miss Sara, Mr Mustafa, Hamad Arafat, NAh give them all loads of praise as they never let you down, or ourselves as Guests. from Entry through to exit a great experience A geat Hotel
