The room smelled like smoke. Bathroom is not nice. Underneath the beds are falling apart. No hair dryers in rooms. Website is not clear on what they mean by pet friendly. Guy at desk was rude and proceeded to argue with me about my cat. Told me my dog should eat my cat. Only okay was the breakfast. Had a nice little variety.

Horrible ugly nasty never back again to this hotel

Pretty sketchy crowd around this place. They also refuse to provide any extra pillows.

Staff was in the lobby. Room was unclean. Phone was not working.

the hotel I m stay , is ok not good , that all I can say ............

I reserved a room for three adults, two queen size beds. When I got there I was told there was only a king size available. They told Me i could get a refund but orbitz show said no refund available. Last room they had. The room was dirty the tub/shower was very dirty. There was no heat in the room, it would only blow cold air. While it was snowing and cold out. Very upset and disappointed with the whole stay.

YUCK, smelled of smoke. Remodel was paint and a new vanity. kind of reminded me of the room seen in Scarface with the chainsaw.....

The pics on the hotel website is very much deceiving. Because of other hotels being booked up, we had no other choice but to stay.

We needed a quick hotel to sleep for a few hours. The room was clean and we had no complaints. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, you won't like it, but it works in a pinch.

Everything was as expected. Had %15 off so it was well worth 34 dollars.

The hotel is a bit older and could use an update but room was adequate, bed was comfortable, and everything was neat and clean if not new. The staff were nice, the food was good, and the price was EXCELLENT! The location was easy to find and convenient to everything. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Check in was OK. Friendly enough clerk. Room was foul, furniture broken beyond repair. Bug in bed, but I think he flew in to escape the stagnant, humid Alabama air. Seriously considered leaving and chalking the cost of a good motel up to experience. Cheap = Yuck.

I booked a king room w/micro/frige and whirpool through a non-refundable [...]deal or we would not have stayed. The manager refused to admit us for the price we paid through [...], and it took the desk clerk's call to [...], then [...]call to the manager to get the OK, which took about 1/2 hour after we'd been traveling all day. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, desk clerk gave me a spray which I spilled on the bed because the spray nozzle fell off as I used it. There were burn holes in the bedspread, blanket and carpet. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, furniture chipped and drawers open when we arrived, which were difficult to close. When I saw the whirlpool which meant so much to the manager, I was aghast. It was cracked on the outside the faucet and knobs were rust-crusted and maintenance had used caulking that was odd-colored on the tub to say the least. It was extremely difficult to adjust the shower temperature, which nearly scalded me, and the head had so much pressure it felt as if it was boring a hole in my body. The room where the ice machine was located was so dirty, it looked as if it had never been cleaned.

The night clerk spoke very little English. It took me 20 minutes to explain that I had already paid for my room. Every time I'd say, "I've already paid for my room." He would reply, "Forty-two ninety-five." Finally he understood and found my paperwork. It took 3 tries to get a smoking room, even though I had requested a smoking room when I booked the room and told him when I checked in as well. Finally, I got a smoking room on the back of the hotel only to find there was not a parking spot to be found. I wound up having to park on the front and walk around the motel in the cold, dark, rain. As for the actual room itself, it was fine. Clean. Big bathtub. Fridge and microwave worked.

I had a very scary run in at this hotel. BE AWARE! I am a 30 something woman who was traveling alone to visit a friend for a reception. The morning of my stay at 6:30 am one of the hotel employees entered my room without knocking or announcing themselves!! He said he was delivering towels once he opened the door and I shouted at him to GET OUT! This was not the only time it happened. About 10:30 am as I was getting ready to leave and check out the same thing happened!!! Only this time I stopped the door from opening telling him check out wasn't until 11am and to get out again. I went down to speak to the office to tell him of the incidents and he refused to tell me his name and that he would give me a 10% discount off my stay, then a 25% discount when I told him this is not going to solve my problem. He finally offered me a free night NEXT TIME I stay there, to which I replied that I guaranteed I would NEVER stay at this hotel again!!

When I first checked in they tried to recharge me again. My room rad the stains all over the pillowcases. I had a double bed room yet they had 2 washcloths and 2 towels, I asked for more they brough 2 more towels 1 had a spider in it. The next morning at 10:40 as we were finishing packing the guy comes in while we were still in there doing what we needed to do and starts taking all the sheets and towels. The most awkward feeling when checkout is 11am.It just seemed very family owned and cut a lot of corners where they could to save money by any means.

Disappointed at what we paid compared to other motels during the same trip. The night auditor could have been friendlier.

Whe we arrived, a new person that could barely speak english and did not know what he was doing we checking us in and had to be guided every step of the way. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The cleaning staff hovered over us and couldn't wait for us to check out so they could get their job done. I would not stay here again.
