Owner/Manager was completely unresponsive. Left our group stranded as they never sent a code to access the property. Multiple messages went unanswered. Took nearly 2 hours communicating with VRBO to get reservation cancelled and refunded so we could make last minute, alternate arrangements.

Overall the house was great. It looked just like the pictures, which isn't always the case. The stairs leading to the front door are not stable and there's a nail sticking up on the first step that could cause serious injuries. This may already be known and set to be fix as we did notice wood planks on the side of the house. Otherwise, great location, it's no more than 15 minutes away from anything and that was amazing.

Large and spacious gem
The home is larger than I expected. Plenty of space for a large group. The amenities were great. Coffee/ creamer was made available. I would definitely stay here again. It is also close to the interstate and close to a shopping area with plenty of places to eat.

Fun stay!
We had a nice time in Huntsville, and enjoyed staying at Blue Haven. The rooms are done nicely and the pool table is a nice touch. Would stay here again!
