I was buy Hotel voucher on ThaiteawThai I was choose this hotel because hotel quite new and famous in Thai market. I expect hotel would be nice. When I was in the hotel lobby was ok and welcome drink was very nice but hotel room not really big even I booked Poolside room. Room decorated cool and feel to the sea when I looked out to pool very crowded not because of that period fully booked but pool very small in photo seem very big so I decided not to used pool. ABF was nice
Hotel is located in nice location, opposite to blue port shopping mall and near to cicada market, but 120 m walking distance to the beach. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at deluxe pool side room on weekday. The Room is nice for relaxing. There's no chair or table in the room which is not good for guests with many stuff. Bed is nice and clean. There are slippers and pool towels in the wardrobe. Also not many space on basin in the toilet. Showers are nice. Toiletries and hair dryer are provided in the room. I love the towels very much. Pool is quiet and peaceful during weekday. Breakfast is good but not variety. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I have been here 2 times and it is a must for me every time i go to Thailand that i shall stay here , the staff is so kind , the facilities are perfect , the rooms are fantastic , sadly i have to wait one year before i go to Thailand again and of course Escape Hotel
We were very disappointed that the hotel is not on the beach. Because in the hotel website says "......as a celebrated vacation destination on the beach...." and "......give you the supreme occasion of basking fully in the relaxation of the most beautiful beach in Hua Hin.". Guest room is medium size but bathroom is a bit small. Front desk and restaurant staffs need more training, I don't feel welcoming for my arrival. The lady at front desk not even greet me or welcome me to the hotel. Same as breakfast time, seem like everybody is busy. Nobody approaches and greets us at all. We need to find available seats by ourselves. The best part for this hotel is the spa; staffs and treatments are perfect.
The location is great right acrosd Bluport shopping all. The hotel is new modern and stykishly designed. The room is spacious and well equipped. However, it lacks the warm welcoming hosptality compared to other places in Hua Hin we have been. Every staff there, execpt housekeeper and bar man, didn't make a nice smiley welcome and always maintain a straight face which it might be their hospitality style bit I'm just not used to it especially in Thailand. The breakfast was generous but very repetitive. Over the three days we stayed, the menu was not that creative. Always fried noodle, fried rice, stired fried veggie with either pancake or french toast. The pool was nice and make you feel like staying in a private premises except you can still hear traffic easily. The hotel is not exactky beachside and you'll need to walk about 50 metres through the path to the beah which is not the best one in Hua Hin. The restaurant there was a bit pricey but the cocktail range were reasonbly priced and good. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
We arrived here a week ago. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and turn left for a few beach bars which serve great food and ice cold beers. Our room was quite big, but really needed some serious love and attention. The blind was stained, the paint flaking everywhere ( they seem to be painting everything the whole time!!!) and no drawers to be seen. We had a poolside room with a gate on the outside area, which had a settee but needed cushions. The hotel supplies beach towels but you have to go to reception if you want them changed, not what you expect from a Hotel nowadays! We arrived on a Wednesday only to find that the beach has no beds, bars etc due to local laws. The staff on the whole were very nice especially the security guard and housekeeping; the reception staff are hit and miss. They advertise sun beds on the beach but these were only there twice and when we enquired at reception, a surly man said No, no bed on beach!!!! Breakfast is ok, Luke warm and hardly any variation during the week. Also do not use the mini bar in the room, it is stupidly expensive; we paid £17:50 for 2 small beers and a coke.... we could have got these at the 7/11 for less than £2!!!!! And my last moan; the hotel caters for their weekend guests in a far superior way to us mere tourists; more lighting, beautiful decorations, live music etc these all disappeared overnight at the end of the weekend😡
Location – Convenience, just opposite of the new shopping mall “Bluport” where have lots of restaurant, supermarket, and money exchanger etc. 7-11 convenience stores just a walking distance. Rooms – I smelled fragrance when I check-in the room first night which was really good & relaxing. However, I only smell a strong odour came from the bath room on the rest of nights of my stay (Room 622 & 623). Room was spacious but lack of the light. Restaurant – Breakfast was so-so, lack of variety. But the surrounding was quite & peaceful. SPA – Excellence, the receptionist & therapist’s services was excellence, reasonable price. The spa surrounding was also really quite & peaceful.
The best thing I like about this hotel is that it is directly opposite the Bluport Shopping Mall. All you need to do is cross the pedestrian traffic lights. However, a note of caution. Although there are wardens at the lights directing traffic when it is green man, please keep a lookout of the cars to make sure that the cars stopped. There was once when a car just drove through the red lights even though it is green man and the wardens are waving for the cars to stop. So please be careful! As far as the hotel is concerned, it is a nice place to rest and relax. It basically consists of 3 storey buildings surrounding a pool. Every room has a balcony and there are cushions for you to laze. Alternatively you can lie on the numerous sunbeds around the pool. Other features: 1. The rooms are clean. 2. The beach is a short walk away. You cannot see the beachfront from the hotel though. 3. The number of tv channels are limited although you can borrow some DVDs from the reception for viewing in the room. 4. The breakfast is more or less the same every day. So you may get sick of it after a few days. 5. There is a free shuttle to the Cicada Market and Night Market at 5pm. The shuttle has only spaces for maybe 10 persons though.
I was a couple of days this tiny hotel in Hua Hin. Booked it from hotels.com with good deal. The hotel is located appx. 2km from the Bar area and opposite of the road of new, nice mall. Also just two minute walk to the beach. It is samalla place with nice pool area in the middle of the apartments. I had "Pool vien" in first floor, so I was able to go to the pool from my balcony. Rooms are clean and there is all needed like safety box and minibar. Hotels Restaurant was OK, maybe a little bit expensive, but there is tens of restaurants in 5minute walk, just another side of the road (mall). I didnt use SPA treatments in there, expensive. I liked in and booked one extra day for relaxing more. Recommended.
We stayed in Escape Hua Hin for 3 nights this week. It was a lovely hotel which a nice homey feel and some nice extra little perks, such as free late check out and the possibility of getting dvd's for your room. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a little removed from the centre of Hua Hin but it is very easy to get taxis outside. The area itself has a Blu Port, a shopping mall, just across the road and is only a 80/100m from the beach accessed by a small road by the hotel. We also had a lovely meal in the Italian restaurant across the road on one of the nights.
