Took the whole family here with 2 friends and booked 3 rooms, a pool villa and 2 Jacuzzi villas. Ended up with 2 pool villas so holiday was off to a great start. These rooms are located on the beach end of the property away from the street so where very quiet. The rooms were very clean although the finishes were a little basic which one comes to expect in Asia. These rooms also included four cocktails per day per room plus unlimited soft beverages from midday to 9pm daily so the on ground cost was minimal once we arrived. Food and beverage was very reasonable as were the laundry charges. Breakfasts were good and a reasonable variety of local and western options. Spent most days around the pool and the staff were very attentive. Front desk staff were also very good and arranged everything we needed including transfers to and from Bangkok. Only issue we had in the whole week was that upon checkout, we were asked to pay for a set of pajamas that were supposedly in my daughter's room when we arrived and not there when we departed. We advised that we had not seen the pajamas in any of the 3 rooms and eventually they backed down after I became terse with the manager. This unfortunately left a very sour taste to what was otherwise a very pleasant holiday in Thailand.
Small hotel quiet, nice location and pool, nice beach to walk and close to cicada night market. The rooms are large and nice. We had a private pool the water was too cold but it was clean. Breakfast was poor for a hotel of this category little choice. The breakfast area is quite small, the hotel was fully booked on those dates. The service was good and staff helpful, we forgot money on the safety box and recover the whole amount a week later. Mosquitos is something normal in a tropical country..... overall nice stay but there is room for improvement.
We arrived quite late because of the traffic jam from Bangkok to Hua Hin and the room wasn’t the one we expected and there’s a lot of mosquitos (if your going there must bring mosquito repellent). But other than that everything was good. The breakfast was good also plus the friendly staffs. The staff name Dada was so helpful to us all the time. The pool in our room was so cold and requested to change but end up they never change, so we just let it be since we are going home the next day.
1st time there and it looked that many families visited there again and again. Service was perfect and location good btw. Ta Biak and Hua Hin town down. Hotwl provides free taxi three times per day to.Hua Hin. Good breakfast and a la.carte list. Not too expensive. Really good choice at the sea front.
Checked in only for 2 nights (17/18th Feb 2018). Was just a short break with my 14 year old son after a busy work week in Bangkok. As mentioned in previous reviews this is not a 4.5 star hotel - 3 star at best. I will say the rooms were spacious but are 'tired' and could do with some maintenance! The breakfast is average and definitely not what you usually get in a 4.5 star hotel. Pool area forget it, it's tiny, overpriced bland food on offer too. The whole place is super tiny, badly designed and very unlike the pictures. This wasn't my main concern though as it was only for 2 nights. The main concern, my son's sweatshirt was stolen from our luggage leaving him to travel home to a very cold 6c London in a t shirt ! When I mentioned this to the manager and his colleagues they denied all knowledge, even disappeared when our taxi arrived to the airport, and haven't answered any correspondence since my return to the UK! I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand in my 20 or so visits and NEVER experienced this! AVOID!
Hi. we had been there 14-18-2018. 4 nights we arrived and announced that we upgraded to rooms (J1&J2) with connecting doors with 3 pools !!! amazing ha?! NO !! The pools cannot be used ! bad conditions and hygiene! Full of mosquitoes, Room J1 has bad smell from sewerage! we didn't slept all nights and all our kids got bites by mosquitoes. The hotel moved us to different rooms not after blamed us that we didn't closed the doors and left them open ...is this a service?! Breakfast: Poor!!! coffee machine more appropriate for private use not hotel, every 10min runout materials and need to fix and wait. one morning there were bugs in the vegetables plate, or dirty. we 6 people - we never able to sit together= SMALL area for dining rooms Hotel's answer: problem- come before 8am or after 9am - mosquitoes: This hotel full with mosquitoes due to bad condition of the area near hotel. there is Sewage area of the restaurants near hotel. Pool Small and not maintained according to standard - level of water is low and there is no circulation using filter . wooden floor is broken and in dangerous conditions Hotel Sart Rate: when we came and complained to the manager (his name DADA) about the rate of the hotel why they wrote this is 4.5 start hotel , he said we don't- this is our rate in the internet... so i wonder they put a sign on the entrance , which officially claimed it. This is not hotel for family although in their website they have "family package" We were very disappointed and frustrated from the level of service and management's understanding of our claims, we were really insulted please see pictures
Stayed for 3 nights over the weekends at Premier Gala Deluxe for 3 adults. Room is big, got shower and bath tub, provide amenities except toothbrush. There is a balcony but not really facing sea because our rooms are at the end nearer to the main road. There is no lift but the service staff help us to bring our luggages up and down when checked out. Hotel is small boutique style, l think less than 30 rooms, cozy and quiet. Right at beach front with beautiful sun rise , nice beach. There is a spa but need to book with the reception. Breakfast is simple but good; buffet style plus some choices from menu. Hotel is near cicada and tamarind market and railway station, about 10 minutes by car. Overall very satisfied with this hotel and staffs service.
Looking for a romantic resort, than I would recommend the Zen Jacuzzi Pool Suite. We stayed here and it was great, with our own private pool, jacuzzi and modern and luxurious room we stayed for 4 nights. I whish I could go back!
The Rock Hua Hin was a beautiful surprise. We wanted to go to a beach area near Bangkok and it was just a 3.5hr train / 4hr bus ride. The room looked exactly like it does in their photos. There were also really cute photo areas in the resort. The beach was so wide during low tide and on high tide it’s amazing to watch the water reach the resort stairs. We loved staying at the Moon Deck and just staring out into the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure our stay was a really good and comfortable one. Only thing to note is that Hua Hin since it’s coastal is quite full of mosquitoes. The resort does its best to control this though, you are even provided bug repellant lotion in the room. Also ask them for transportation options because taxis are quite expensive. We hope to be back soon!
small beachfront boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, big balcony too. but no straight beach/sea view from room. no beach during our 5 days' stay during Dec. sea level was up to resort walls. So i guess its just wrong timing at fantastic beachfront hotel. limited b'fast menu but still enough.
