The hotel and all things in the hotel are great. perfect breakfast, nice staff, swimming pool is amazing Only one thing. the location is a little bit far from city but near Hi4 club... I will come back to stay again...

We booked 3 rooms with Jacuzzi and we satisfied with it. Room and pool is big and clean. Kids love the Jacuzzi. I like the dining place, just in the garden. The breakfast is nice & multiple choices. Really recommend for those visit in Hua Hin.

I stayed here with a group of friends, so I didn't have much choice of hotel. In all we were happy with our choice, despite some shortcomings, and I enjoyed my stay. Pros: - Big corner room with large balcony and bed. Very comfortable. - Nice U-shaped pool and gardens - Shuttle service into town - Much better room than I can normally get for that price - Staff gave local tip for taking local motorcycle taxis, located under the bridge near the hospital - A short drive from the new trendy and hip shops and restaurants at Seenspace HuaHin Cons: - Far from the main sights - Shuttle bus times not always convenient - Communication with the staff was often difficult, more so than other hotels in Thailand - On a busy main road, not a relaxing holiday once out of the hotel

I had 3 nights here and was totally satisfied with both the service and the price of the hotel. Room is modern and clean. The pool is big. The hotel is located about 5km from huahin center but it is not a problem because the hotel provides customers with free shuttle bus to 4 interesting places of huahin (plearnwan, night market, huahin beach, market village). With a reasonable price, i think Ayrest Hotel is really a good choice for your stay in Huahin.

I stayed last year during the summer of 2016 and this summer in 2017. 2016 was very nice but 2017 not so much. This time I paid for a Jacuzzi room only to arrive and find out at 8pm there is no hot water in the hotel so I couldn't relax in my Jacuzzi that I had paid for. This happened all three nights we were there. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they told me the hotel was full and that is why they had no hot water. One nice thing about this hotel has very green plants all around and is very beautiful and common area pool is beautiful

Being fair, I quite liked the actual hotel. But, the service was horrible. In saying this, they were not rude in any way but lacked the ability to communicate in any language other than Thai. I am Australian with basic Thai language skills and I had a hard time. Considering I have lived in Thailand for more than 6 months. The Hotel and grounds are nice. Location is OK. Considering this, I will never return as competition is strong with too many options.

Good: Environment is good, nice swimming pool, rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast-It's ok.. Bad: Location-Far from city centre, 10mins ride from Hotel to city centre Clock Tower. Transportation-Hotel can call taxi for you but you have to pay them with a fixed price and the hotel gain profit from it. I suggest to call taxi your own, there are many choices in city centre. Hotel shuttle-The service is ridiculous!! Hotel is NOT arranging according to their OWN schedule!! Every time I need to argue with the hotel staff that they should come pick me up and I call in 15 mins before, according to the hotel policy. It's just waste of time!! Communication-staff in the Concierege cannot speak good English, misunderstanding happened couple of times.

I went with my family. Three rooms were booked. Two have small Jacuzzi in the balcony and another with pool access. The kids like the pool as not too wide. The room and beds are clean but the air condition is not large enough for the room. I woke up sweat in the night. Breakfast is just okay don't look forward to it. The staffs have trouble speaking English just be patient. Though the hotel is on the main road but travel to the city from hotel is not that easy. Travel by private car is recommend.

The rooms were ok. Small swimmingpool. Very bad breakfast. The staff was not polite and not helpfull. None of them spoke English. It was ok clean. The price taken in consideration it was not ok. The worst thing though was the inpolite and uninterested staff. Won't come back.

So we checked in to the hotel on 18th 3:15 am, guard opened the gate of the hotel entrance. No staff apart from the gate keeper was there, we pulled out our luggage ourselves. We had 10 luggage bags, and he started keeping one on the other @ the Trolley we asked him to put in two but he did not and eventually all the bags fell. We all went to reception to check in and there was only one person on the counter. We booked through make my trip but he had not received any booking for us. From3:15 am we were made to wait till 5 am but rooms were not given to us. Then the manager came in casual/night cloths to handle the situation at 5 when we were loosing our patient on receptionist. Then they allotted rooms. But the keys were not working. They gave us twin rooms while we were 2 couples. We asked for rooms on same floor but they asked more money's they were not willing to give us same room category. Next day ....breakfast spread was not good and dishes were empty and when we asked them to refilled it after 45 mins. I will not recommend this hotel to be booked.
