I liked the location. Lobby very nice. rooms need to be updated. beach not good for swimming too rocky. Food good

The breakfast buffet was just ok and got old after a few days. I would not pay again for breakfast when there are so many better options near. Also there was some renovations which weren’t too distracting Love the location and the staff is top notch.

Loved the location. Close to local activity. Staff was disappointing. Arrived at 4 and was unable to have room until after 6. Not fun after a 6,000 mile trip. Nook the receptionist, kept wanting to “upgrade “ me to a room with 2 queen beds although I continually declined. I booked a king bed months in advance. Overall I rate the staff 50/50. I understand giving the work to locals but in my opinion it would make a huge difference if you would rotate some of your staff from other countries to help them understand your expectations. I would still recommend this hotel but don’t expect much more than having the door opened for you from the staff.

No complaints. Everything is great. Late at night usually past mid night We heard some booming loud music near by.

Hotel roght on the beachfront and large hotel pools with plenti of chairs/towels.walking distance to night market. Hotel breakfast is okay but not great.

Booked a Suite. Staff were friendly, however hotel was run down. I’ve never stayed at a 5 star hotel where there were no food refreshments served in the club lounge, and where there is not a 5 star breakfast offering. This hotel would have satisfactory for a 4 star hotel, but definitely not value for money as a 5 star hotel.

The facility is beautiful. There is large pool with a slide for kids. We had two large issues with the hotel and a few small ones. 1. Technically, this is a beach front resort. However, there are no chairs or umbrellas on the beach. So while you can walk around there for a few minutes, the heat makes it unbearable to hang out there, especially with kids. Of course there is also no drink or food service there since there are no chairs there. We felt very misled by the advertising. Buyer beware. 2. Myself and two of our children developed a rash (we think due to detergent used by the hotel) after a week. We had planned to stay at the Hilton 18 days and had a two bedroom suite. Our reservation (via Orbitz) was unrefundable. However, the front desk understood our issue and said it would be no problem getting a refund from the Hilton (but we had to contact Orbitz to get it). We immediately contacted Orbitz who said they would move forward with the refund from Hilton. A couple days later we checked out. We then subsequently received an email that Hilton would not refund any money. After being a life long Hilton fan, we'll never stay at a Hilton again. Profits above safety of guests. 3. Other small issues we had... You have to rush down early to get a towel to put on a chair. If you don't you'll have no place to sit for the entire day. This is more problematic for families that are larger (we have 5) and who want to sit together. Other issues but out of space.
