Very good especially for the price. Housekeeping should be trained to work quietly in the mornings. Room doors are heavy, look expensive, SLAM when shutting, and let all the noise in the world through. The wiring and light switches seemed off the first night but worked the second. Awesome location. Great grounds and pools. Try the Brazilian restaurant a couple of blocks to the right of the hotel.
I liked the location. Lobby very nice. rooms need to be updated. beach not good for swimming too rocky. Food good
The breakfast buffet was just ok and got old after a few days. I would not pay again for breakfast when there are so many better options near. Also there was some renovations which weren’t too distracting Love the location and the staff is top notch.
Loved the location. Close to local activity. Staff was disappointing. Arrived at 4 and was unable to have room until after 6. Not fun after a 6,000 mile trip. Nook the receptionist, kept wanting to “upgrade “ me to a room with 2 queen beds although I continually declined. I booked a king bed months in advance. Overall I rate the staff 50/50. I understand giving the work to locals but in my opinion it would make a huge difference if you would rotate some of your staff from other countries to help them understand your expectations. I would still recommend this hotel but don’t expect much more than having the door opened for you from the staff.
No complaints. Everything is great. Late at night usually past mid night We heard some booming loud music near by.
Hotel roght on the beachfront and large hotel pools with plenti of chairs/towels.walking distance to night market. Hotel breakfast is okay but not great.
Booked a Suite. Staff were friendly, however hotel was run down. I’ve never stayed at a 5 star hotel where there were no food refreshments served in the club lounge, and where there is not a 5 star breakfast offering. This hotel would have satisfactory for a 4 star hotel, but definitely not value for money as a 5 star hotel.
