I booked room with 2 beds and got room with 1 bed.Room key not working twice, Women from front desk had to come up and opene door for me so I can get in, and she said if I leave room to come and get her so I can get in to my room.I didn't like that because of safety reasons. Very loud place with people walking all nigh in hallway slaming doors and loud tv next door

No elevator for handicap customers TV didn't work Phone didn't work When asked the staff about TV not working she unplugged the TV said to wait 10 min & plug back in. That didn't work. Then when we call them back on our cell phone & she came back up, we were basically told nothing I can do, no maintenance working.

Our room door needed to be unlocked by the front desk everytime we left the room, I tried making a call to the front desk with the phone but wasn’t getting a signal, not sure how to make coffee with no machine, pubes in the tub BUT we had amazing hot water. We did love the refrigerator and will highly recommend this place.

Great staff!!

They were so accommodating of us. We arrived more than two hours before check in time and they worked to have a room cleaned and ready to go. We came in from out of town for a wedding at 2:30 and by accommodating us we were able to freshen up and get dressed up after a four hour car ride. Such a great staff!!

I loved the clean room, wonderful sheets, and bed. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. I had the handicapped room, and the bath and shower were great. First time in an economy hotel where the floors were clean. Had microwave, fridge that worked, ironing board, hair dryer, and lovely shampoo and cream rinse dispensers. Big TV.. Very afordable too.

There was still huge amount of womens hair in the tub. Hair and dirt along baseboards in bathroom. Hotel was fully booked so they sent housekeeping in to clean. He looked at it and said "no hair when i was done", like it was mine, a short haired man! He wiped out the shower and left.

Raised the price on me out of no where

I made reservations for $70 a night but hotel manager informed me it had raised to $90 a night, I don’t get how they could do this, nor hotels.com not doing anything about it.

Upon entering the room I found an empty soda can on the microwave, the tv remote was missing (I searched for it and found it behind and underneath the bed), the fridge did not have shelves or rails (so I could use it), a light bulb was missing from the bedside lamp, and the batteries in our door died so we got locked out of our room (they did give us a master key).
