Very clean upon approaching from outside and upon entering everything was neat and tidy. Coffee, tea, or hot water was available for guests, any time of day. I was immediately greeted upon entering and asked how I was. I told Tracy I was a bit early, but wanted to at least check in, even if our room wasn’t quite ready. Her response was, “no problem, let’s see what we can do for you.” She noticed I was wincing a bit and inquired as to was I ok. My response was that I had a bad back and right now it was good to get out of the car. Har response, “I’m so sorry, let’s see how close we can get you.” Nothing was available on the first floor, but Tracy was able to get us fairly close to the elevator on the 2nd floor, which was greatly appreciated. Her and her associate, checked with us 3x during our stay via text to make sure everything was okay and to let us know to contact them if we needed anything.

The staff was great and the room clean! The beds were comfy! I love the shower but there was an issue with the drain plug not staying open leaving you standing in water. I reported the issue to the front desk clerk who apologized and said they were remodeling and would have it looked into. She was very kind and professional. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was a great experience!
