Breakfast & laundry were a non issue but the room was never swept once in the three days I stayed. We asked the room to be serviced .. the trash cans were empty and clean towels were left in the room. Noisy on the weekend not awful but annoying.

The room smelled awful, it was dirty, the bathtub was peeling, there was a pubic hair by the sink nozzles. There was garbage all over the grounds, and the "full breakfast" that was advertised was not a full breakfast.
