The PERFECT staycation!

Cannot express how much everyone loved staying here! the PERFECT spot for parents to do a trip with the kids but feel like kids weren’t even apart of the trip! Cannot wait to do another trip! Thank you, host!

Great location for a senior class trip

We took 38 seniors and 7 staff members to the ranch for 4 days and 3 nights on our Senior Class trip to Houston. The ranch had everything we could want and more. The communication with our host was quick and easy, and if any minor issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. We felt very safe in the location and it was easily accessible. There was ample parking for our bus and SUV, with no worry of bothering the neighbors. Our students enjoyed the amenities and were very happy with their stay. The instructions for everything were clear and if there was ever a question on something, it was quickly answered. We definitely would enjoy staying here again. There was so much space for our students to explore and hangout in without being crowded. I would definitely recommend this place to any large group to stay. It was a lot of fun and very comfortable.

The Best Large Group House !

This property exceeded expectations. The owner had everything perfect and paid attention to every detail! WE had a group of over 30 High School Seniors and 4 couples chaperoning a Prom House weekend.Sleeping Accommodations were PERFECT with everyone having a comfortable bed to themselves. The upstairs room with 16 beds was ideal for the boys while the girls were grouped in their own rooms downstairs and the chaperoning parents each had their own room. Bunk beds were ideal and allowed for plenty of room spaced with a very large gap between the top and bottom beds.The kids absolutely loved the pool, spa, game room and barn area with the ping pong table and open field to play. The boys also enjoyed the private Outdoor shower and bathroom! The parents and kids had nothing to say but positive comments and also being that we were from Houston, it was an ideal 30 minute commute there and back.Highly recommended for larger group gatherings.

Always lovely!

This is our second time coming here and we would like to come every year. My students loved it. There were so many things for them to do that provided hours of fun. The host is responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to help make the stay a great one.

Staff Retreat Success!

The property exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for a staff retreat and hope to return. Everything was clean, well stocked and of high quality - the mattresses were even comfortable! Great spot for a large group of people!!

This was a great property! It was very clean and very well maintained. Lots of beds to sleep in and a number of places to hang out. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful!

Fabulous place for large groups!

The property was perfect for our large group: lots of things to do, spaces to hang out in, and room to sleep and be comfortable. The place was very well maintained, supplied, and clean! We loved the pool, ping pong, and basketball. Some minor issues with people coming to use the batting cages, but hopefully that's been addressed. Some bathrooms were a little far from rooms but manageable. Very close to all Katy had to offer.

Loved it!

We were thrilled with our stay here! The host was very friendly and helpful! Everything was clean. There was so much for my students to do. They loved playing the games, swimming, and playing basketball. We highly recommend this house.
