The stay was quite pleasant. It was a clean relaxing environment. There were some hiccups but the property owner immediately (messages were answered within 10 minutes) addressed the concerns. The home was 10 to 15 minutes from most of our destinations. I would most definitely rent again!

The apartment is cozy and nice but the sheets, the blankets did not feel like they were cleaned. They felt and smelled dusty! There were mosquitoes and flies in the house and it was very uncomfortable! We were having issues with the door lock entrance and I didn’t want to keep calling them so we just left the door open when we went out! There was no hot water for 3 days and they had to send 3 different handyman /HVAC to come have a look and one of them didn’t even knock and just came in! The in and outs were very annoying and uncomfortable!When we got there, the trash outside was already full and it didn’t get picked up either on the day they gave us! We didn’t use the hot tub because again smelled weird and felt not well taken care of!The great thing was the rooms were very beautiful, spacious, the bathrooms were amazing as well! We appreciated the garage and parked our car there the whole time! And the property manager was very responsive even though we had couple of issues! They could work on cleanliness and make sure everything Is operational before the guest Checks in! Thanks
