The house is brand-newly renovated and fully furnished with dedication to the finest details. It has 4spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom with 2 queen beds, the other 3 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed, and 2 extra air mattresses which can be set up in the 2nd living room if needed, to accommodate up to 12 guests.

There is plenty of space to enjoy your time indoor with brand new air-conditioning system, in the comfortable living room with your family, or formal sitting area with your guests, and 2 dining areas indoor for any group large or small. Or if you're up for outdoor chill, there's a nice patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy a beautiful landscaped garden.

If you're in the mood to get around, this place is literally steps away from a wealth of amenities and services in the surroundings, with plenty of markets, stores, restaurants and businesses. The house is opposite to Hongkong4 market, in proximity of Little Saigon and Chinatown, and has easy access to Highway to go downtown in less than 20 minutes.

No matter how long your stay is, you can surely pack light because your laundry can get done on site and meals can be done in the fully stocked kitchen.

High speed Internet access is available throughout your stay and there's a smart TV with Netflix. Door access is seamless with key code entry so you and anyone in the group can get in and out easily.

If you're driving, we have parking space for up to 8+ cars (2 on the driveway and 6 on street parking around the house).
