Moldy smell, staff sprayed air freshener. I prepaid for the room and requested a wheelchair accessible room (in writing through this app) and they didn't have one available so they gave me a room that I couldn't use the key on (faulty door lock). Staff had to use main key.

The room was clean. The water pressure was poor. The toliet didnt flush or fill back up with water. The managers on duty were polite, not very informative. Everything on their website was not true. Will not ever stay there again.
