decent price and convenient location. the room was clean. this wasn’t my first time there. it’s not bad at all. i would stay there again

The property had bed bugs some kind of bugs they wasn't able to move me because the hotel was full but once the cleaning crew came in and seen the bugs the cleaning supervisor made the front desk move me didn't get any sleep all night

My initial review of when I arrived at the property was incorrect. I had termites all over my bed and on the toilet the morning after when i woke up. Will never stay at this property again

After being moved to my third room i stopped asking or expecting a decent room the last room looked like somebody kicked the door in and they never fixed the door. I've also never know of a hotel that you need to ask for soap. If i would have known i would have brought my own

The noise at the airport is a bit loud. The elevator is easy to break. The room is very good.

I liked the front desk staff service, decent attendance

Everything was wonderful the room the trip the food the people everything it was just wonderful

The staff was friendly. There was nothing special about the breakfast. For some reason the guest doors slam easily, even though I didn't really hear my floor neighbors, I heard their doors slam, and they heard mine when I wasn't quick enough to pad it.

I loved it was close to airport , check in was great costumer service , understand construction was going so I was not angry that I had to carry my heavy bags up too second floor , they were working on elevator,

It's close to airport. Hotel is old and dirty. Mattresses are soiled. Furniture in room was soiled. I suspected bed bugs so I put my duffle bag in sealed garbage bag . Was only here for one night. Never again

most things were broke or out of service, the likes gym, bar, conference room, mildew smell in hotel room, just terrible. The cleaning crew were exceptional and helpful regardless of the condition. Drivers were overwhelmed so your time to and fro from Airport, lasted at least an half-hour or more.

It was horrible! We paid for parking at the hotel, used hotel shuttle service and my vehicle was broken into. The front desk clerk gave me sticky note to put in my dash that said "will return on May 8th" I was not comfortable at all doing this but she said I had to. I made a police report and I told him I felt like this was an inside deal. I would like a refund on this reservation. This was the worst experience ever! The AC did not cool, The toilet ran all night and the rooms smelled bad. I will never stay at another Ramada again.

My plane that I reserved on Orbitz was late due to weather so I came in 4 hours late and missed the connecting flight to ABQ. I wanted to stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel and told your RESERVATION PERSON that I wanted a Marriott or Hyate. First she said I found the America’s best price hotel for $66. I told her I wanted a better hotel 4 star so she found a Ramada. She did not speak English well and did not understand me nor was she understandable It was 1am and I could not spend more time on the phone with your representative. The hotel was terrible. When I checked in the person wanted to see my drivers license and credit card which is standard operating procedure. Then she went to a copy machine to copy both, which I told her she could not. With all the identity theft going on I would be crazy to have this document in the hands of strangers that could be sold or stolen. NEVER AGAIN!!!
