The need a upgrade of their rooms. They had dirty carpets and cigarette burns on them. Holes in the walls.i figure they would be a step up from motel six but they were the same or a bit lower in standards.

The hotel have great location, but i feel could be more cleaning. The breakfast is good.

D building, exterior rentry stains dirt on walls/windows, landscape bare spots, hallway carpet/ rugs worn and dirty. 2nd floor: hallway walls dirty, ice room walls dirty ice machine dirty. Rm 264 table leg broken, floor lamp missing knob, light bulbs on two main bed room lamps not working, side chairs appeared to need cleaning, room patio floors appeared dirty. Television channels limited (cartoon channels and comedy older programs) and pictures fuzzy. Overall cleaniness and upkeep of premises POOR but a overall grade of 'D+'. Parking was plentiful, pool area ok, no critters observed. Will do if do not intend on spending alot of time in room and unconcern with esthetic.

Hotel is very much in need of renovations, new bedding, brighter colors, new ad units, etc. Do very much appreciate the fridge & microwave in room.

Very good location to Nrg stadium and very reasonable rates. Definitely a decent place to stay at and includes breakfast !!!

Hotel was ok, if it were updated it would be very nice. Loved the size of the suites...2 full baths. Staff was very friendly.

I booked a non smoking room because I have terrible allergies to smoking and had my 6 month infant with me. Right when I pulled in to check in I notice a lady smoking on the balcony of a room on the second floor. Our room also happened to be booked next to one of the entrance doors. I'm not sure exactly what type of smoking device I was smelling but something in the hallway definitely smelt like someone had been smoking, or smoked a lot outside and tracked it inside. Either way it was enough to where I could smell it in the room if I was close to the doorway. The hotel had signs out by the main lobby claiming that it was a smoking free environment so it was upsetting to find out otherwise. I ended up checking out after a few hours of checking in because I just couldn't take the smells aggravating my allergies. Staff was friendly. Room was decent for the price. Location is very close to the NRG stadium.

Hotel was nice great staff close the restaurants easy to get around.stayed on night but I always choice a IHG hotel first nice pool will use again when in area

Nice hotel with a great breakfast , shuttle to Md Anderson , Mayes Clinic and many more... they are very kind!!!! Very respectful of what you are going through:))))

The first room I was assigned to had urine smell. The toilet was not flushed and the sink was dirty. I immediately requested the room change.

Great location & breakfast, but rooms are musty, outdated, & worn out. Front desk staff is fantastic.

Sticky (from cleaning supplies...I hope) headboards, broken curtains, water damaged ceiling near shower head. Lots of less-than-awesome small things, but an acceptable place to sleep and keep your stuff.

Traffic was busy around the hotel with the rodeo in town.

The room itself was spacious and clean. We were not in the main building and the hallways looked run down and unvacuumed. The breakfast area was well maintained and offered hot and cold items. There is not a lot around the area, but it's a short drive to the museum district and right off of the 610 loop. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to stay without spending a lot, this is a good option.

smelled like mold and mildew - old and not up to date. The breakfast was ok. The staff was sleeping in the back room when we tried to check in - the notice at the front stated they were helping a guest. Waiting a while to check in.

Room was clean. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Water pressure was terrible. Would not go back.

I would not have booked this hotel had I had an accurate picture of what a dump this motel is. It's various separate buildings, so you have to get to your room by entering through random side doors that have no lighting (i.e., you can't just enter through the lobby, which is the only decent area of this motel). The model is only two floors, and all rooms have balconies, which, in a less than desirable location, made me feel unsafe, even on the second floor. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and in shambles. My bathroom was the worst. There was mold all over the shower and faucet handles, with a rubber mat on the shower floor. The poor water pressure made it difficult to shower. I specifically requested a nonsmoking room (which it was, apparently, as there was a no smoking sign in the room), but it clearly was a smoking room at some point. The smell was atrocious. The internet never worked in my room. I called the front desk, who told me they'd have the company (the internet company perhaps??) call me. That never happened, and I never had internet. Everything is rusty, and dusty, and icky. I will say, the sheets did look clean, one you remove the tattered bed quilt. There were random stands of hair everywhere. I only saw one bug, a huge black wasp in the bathroom. Breakfast was poor - had a bowl of cereal only. This hotel needs to be completely redone. In hindsight, I would have paid more to stay somewhere safer and cleaner. This dump was NOT worth the $100 a night I paid. Heck, I wouldn't stay here if were $50 a night. No thank you. To be fair, the hotel was close to the arena and medical center. Room had a fridge. .. housekeeping to tidy my room between night one and two. That's all I got.

we only stayed here because there was nothing else available in the medical center location area. there was peeling plaster in the bathroom and bedroom. The carpet looked well worn and old. The bedspreads had to be removed because of spots on them.. Such a disaster! Never again!

Great location, very close to Reliant Stadium. Rooms were clean, breakfast adequete, very good value. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
