The person at the desk didn’t have any sense of customer service. We had a long flight and we got to the hotel at 2am, we were tired and we aren’t from the area and he dealt with us as if we were regulars and locals. No directions or anything. The hotel itself looks so dated and definitely needs a lot of work. The bathroom fixtures need updating. Housekeeping? Apparently, you need ask the people at the front desk to get your room cleaned and for the towels to be replenished. The only upside: walking distance to NRG Stadium.

Roaches in room. Toilet broken. Bathroom fan broke . Bad smell from bathroom. Leaking air conditioner. Soaked wet carpet. Ripped furniture. Outlets so worn out my charging block wouldn't stay in the wall. No fridge. TV and cable box not plugged in. They moved us to another room.

I have stayed in this hotel many times since I was diagnosed with cancer. It is refreshing to go to a hotel that still has toiletries and breakfast. To go to a hotel that has comfortable beds and soft sleeping sheets it’s comforting. The proximity to Md Anderson and the price is very good. The hotel is old and has been renovated in some areas but needs updating on others. Overall I’ll continue to stay in this hotel.

The rooms were clean, the beds were soft, the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasnt bad either. It was literally the best bang for our buck.

Room was not very clean. There were stains on the bedding and it looked like someone had slept in it the previous night and there was a coffee cup by the tv so I’m assuming the staff must not have cleaned the room that day.

Worst place ever

We find cockroache in one of the romks , the hall smell a lot a marijuana, it was a wasps nest we have to left just the 5 minutes we where in there my daughter got bitten be bedbugs
