I like the fact hotel is on campus

All good

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again

We love the updated rooms and the cleanness. I feel the staff needs to know more of their property. We will come back!

Location and access were perfect for us! High quality hotel in the right spot.

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was disappointing.

My family of three spent two nights there on a campus touring trip for my college-bound son. The room was very clean and comfortable, and its location right on the U of H campus made it more than convenient. The mostly-student staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. I will make this my place to stay if my son chooses to attend and play football at U of H.

The staff was excellent! They helped me with storing things for a conference and helped me check in early upon arrival. Overall, great stay!

Friendly staff, Fine restaurant, Good location, Golf carts run by the university enable one to get around on this large university campus.

Easy check in, very polite service (Anna from Angola), room clean and nice décor, overall great experience

Great place to stay when visiting University of Houston. Nice staff!

I was here on interview and expected the surrounding area to be a lot more college-town like. the hotel itself was great and I had a great view of Houston. If you are expecting an upbeat party town hotel, this is not your place.

I visited my daughter at the University of Houston campus. The hotel is right at the campus-perfect location for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was nicely done and the bed was comfy.

We stayed for a softball tournament at the university of Houston. The location on campus was great. It's a big beautiful campus and the students were friendly and polite. The student staff that runs the hotel and restaurant was very helpful and professional ( much more so than the Hilton crossroads by the medical center which had sub par staff and restaurant). The rooms didn't have mini fridges but were great other than that. There weren't any real restaurants nearby (walking distance) but the hotel restaurant was good and if you just want a quick lunch there is was a great deli and a subway within 2 blocks. The campus bar (21 and older) was only 2 blocks away and had a very nice selection of microbrews. Only complaint was a lot of late night noise (12 to 2 AM) due to visiting students staying at the hotel (apparently no quiet hours enforce!)

This is the most convenient hotel to a location I have to visit regularly, but this was the first time I stayed. I'll definitely come back. I was only in for a quick overnight and room service, and it was fantastic. I wish I had more time to relax in the room.

Upon check-in I was asked "Will you be parking with us during your stay?". Um, well, yes? Do I have a choice? "Well, no, not really!" When I got the bill, the PARKING fee alone was $105. The sink power outlet in the bathroom was dead, so I had to run my cords to the outlet at the other end of the bathroom. No big deal. Other than that, the hotel was extremely clean, fresh, and the rooms were very tidy (details were looked after, such as very clean windows, shower, etc.) Linens were immaculate. Elevators were spotless and fast. Your free wi-fi is the U of H campus wi-fi. Kinda hokey-pokey but it worked. I was able to connect to my corporate VPN with no problems. The vending / ice maker room on each floor is ungodly loud, so if you are stuck in an adjacent room you'd probably want to ask to be moved.
