Great easy access to and from the interstate nice and quiet
a great property all around, i don't Know why there is a negative reviews. the only downside is the breakfast. it had only coffee and tea with granola bars and cupcakes and that is it. but the bed and the room and the area is great and peaceful. i will definitely stay again.
No smoking room that smelled like smoke. Frozen dinners in the fridge from previous guest. Mattress for sofa bed was covered in dirt. Had a party of 5 stay in a 1 king bed with pullout bed. NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. Had reserved a double bed but was told that the manager did not want that room with the double bed reserved. The only highlight of the stay was the nice hard working lady working the desk at night. The guy working the desk on days was clueless and not helpful.

I come here with my family and always like coming here to relax. I have Sam's next door and this hotel have a stove so we love to cook breakfast and enjoy it.
Simple is the goal. Parked right outside our room. Very quiet so able to sleep peacefully.

I am only not impressed with the breakfast.I had three kids with me and was looking forward to giving them something to eat before we go mind our daily business. Breakfast is disappointing!
The young lady named Shannon is not professional. Charged my room twice and when I confronted her about it...she than played the blame game.
According to the hurricane, when I arrival they already full, by the way the stuff are friendly....

the location of the hotel was good if you target to be close to sugar land/ stafford area. The room was basic, clean and the parking was free. very close to Sams club and a nice mexican restaurant!
