The hotel is quiet with very friendly staff, with abundance parking and lots of restaurants nearby.

Good hotel at reasonable price close to where we needed to get to.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, enjoyed my stay.

We were very close to the area we needed-- Rice University and the medical complex. The hotel was comfortable and a great value. The only negative was that we ordered a glass of wine in the lobby before asking the price. It was $17!!! That was terrible sticker shock for an average quality cabernet. We have never been charged that much for a glass of wine anywhere. The price was not posted on the menu, but of course, we should have asked before ordering. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and simply skip the wine. Everything was very nice and an excellent value.

We we very pleased with everything, we would love to stay here again. The staff at the front desk were amazing.

Took a much needed family vacation to Houston. We arrived early, several hours before check in, and were greeted by a smile from the front desk staff. After 10 minutes we walked into our beautiful and super clean room. The room was great, the staff was helpful and hotel was perfectly located to all the museums and other must see attractions. We were presently surprised that the hotel offered a free shuttle up to 3 miles which included all the places we wanted to go. The only drawback was the lack of a free breakfast but other than that, I would recommend this hotel and we definitely plan to return.

This hotel was great for the price I paid to stay. The room was big and clean with a refrigerator which is always nice. It is located close to the medical center and NRG stadium but I was spending the majority of my time in other areas of the city so I did have to drive a ways to get other places. Overall, great stay for the price of the room. Recommended!

Within sight of Texas Medical Center, a pharmacy, and two grocery stores, with convenient parking, and a direct route to both I-10 and I-610, this hotel is a great place to stay. The room was amazingly clean. Housekeeping brought us feather free pillows. The courtyard garden is beautiful. There is no mirror in the bedroom, and no shower cap in the bathroom. Check out was easy.

The room was really big. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The staff was very friendly.

good overall hotel, clean, nothing special. stay away from the rooms closer to elevator.too much noise. wish they had breakfast fro free , like next door at the Residence Inn. Staff is helpful, and cheerful. Excellent no Pets and non smoking policy.

The room arrangements and location were excellent for our visit to Rice University. If we return to Houston we will stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located for major attractions in Houston, including Texas Medical Center, downtown, and suburbs. Kroger is immediately adjacent. My GPS, however, somehow failed to map the hotel correctly, and had some difficulty to find the hotel at first. Room was very clean, spacious, and quite. Free Wi-Fi was very fast. Staff were professional and kind. It was an excellent and pleasant stay!

Very clean room! Only real complaint is the lack of free breakfast in the morning, but it isn't even a very big deal. The staff was very helpful.

First the desk agent tried to charge me after I had paid on the website, I had to pull up my email and bank statement, to prove it was paid . The room itself was very nice, clean. Except the shower curtain was still wet and soapy from the person who used the room before me. I asked if they change then when they clean the rooms, they said no. Gross!

We had the best family getaway ever!! Will be back again!!

Good experience with the hotel. The Bistro seemed a bit unorganized, as there were apparently 3 staff working the front, but only one in the kitchen for breakfast service, which meant I had to wait 30 minutes for one meal order. Outside of the Bistro though, the rest of the hotel was very nice.

Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and astrodome!

Hotel was good, staff was nice although food price a bit high (3 small milk carton about $7). It is ok they have a small fridge so you can always go to the store and get some items. Overall it was good.

I needed a room at the last minute as I was visiting my brother in the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was very nice, and the room was magnificent. The room was very clean and the shower was nice. They didn't have a good selection for dinner. I was exhausted after traveling all day and visiting my very sick brother. I didn't want to venture out to find something to eat but had no choice because there was no real selection at the bar/restaurant in the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. It seemed a little pricey on food however.
