Sketchy outside but the inside is decent
My daughters & I stayed here for a night on our last night in hot springs. Check in was simple & quick. A storm passed through literally less than an hour after we got there while we were getting ready to go out to eat & the storm knocked out the electricity. It got hot inside fast. So we decided to sit on the porch waiting for the power to be restored & my daughter accidentally shut the door when we walked out & the door locked behind her with our phones,car keys, laptops & the rest of our belongings locked inside. I forgot the room code so we walked to the office to get help to get in our room bc we had no way to call the office & we knocked on the door for a while but no one answered. So walked to the other side next to room 1 & knocked & no answer. We went back several times to both sides over the next hour & still no answer. So we were still locked out of our room in the rain. My daughter remembered my Apple Watch was in my car so we were able to call the office with my watch to get the code to get in our room thankfully. The power was out for a total of 3-4 hours so we couldn’t even stay in our room until it was restored due to the heat. So we basically were there long enough to sleep that night & leave when we woke up. Rooms were okay but the lighting was terrible & ac never cooled the room enough to where it was comfortable. They have a little fenced in area to walk your dogs. Ice machine available. I liked the sliding glass door. Not much space in the double queen
