Booked two rooms here for what was a quick overnight stop. Not too much to say except the place was average for a low budget motel. The rooms were clean, it was quiet and had an included breakfast. The breakfast had a waffle iron, fresh bananas and apples, oatmeal in packets, etc. There was a gentleman working the area but he was not a "talker" and didn't greet anyone that came or left. All in all, we got what we paid for~a low budget motel room which was clean and quiet. I would stay here again if we were passing through and only needed a place to rest up for the night. Nothing special/nothing bad!

This hotel is old, the beds were clean and comfortable. We could hear people in the next room literally using the bathroom, our bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast was good. Not worth the money.

This was one of the last hotels available on a short notice and a holiday weekend so we booked the room. We had a king size bed smoking room. The hotel was one of the first as soon as we were coming into town, so traffic wasn't an issue. It was still close to everything. The lady that checked us in on arrival was very friendly and gave us directions and told us what entertainment was around for the night. Our hotel room was very nice for the price. There are several complaints about little things but remember you get what you pay for. I didn't expect every little thing to be in perfect shape. Sure there was a few minor things here and there, such as the bottom of the door chipping or lamp shades fading. Seriously if you get into that for the price you paid you are overreacting! Although our refrigerator did smell of lunch meat, but we bought a box of baking soda ourselves to put in there. It was clean, just had a smell. If I had to go back to this town again knowing what I know now, I would stay at the Rodeway Inn again. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and comfortable and the location is perfect. It's easy to overlook the small things when a hotel takes care of their guest.

I really wanted to like this place. But for every positive aspect, there's a negative one or two. My room was clean, but there's wall damage in the bathroom and you can see ragged areas by the bathroom door where the carpet was ripped out. The new floor must be lower than the carpet was. Nasty area to stub a toe there. The bathroom is really dated, old broken tile in the shower, and it's just awkward. You have to shut the door to get around it to sit on the toilet or get in the tub. The toilet paper holder is over behind the door. The faucets drip, the hot water was barely hot. And when the people next door flushed their toilet or turned their water in, I got frozen or scalded. I can't remember the last time that happened in a hotel. The microwave is very cheap and old fashioned. The T.V. was huge, but I don't watch it. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows. HUGE GRIPE: the internet was out more than working, extremely slow and unsecured. Really? Unsecured in this day and age! No excuse for this. Breakfast buffet was average. Fake egg patties, undercooked sausage patties and cold biscuits to augment the usual cold cereal and toast. No yogurt, nothing to put in the plain instant oatmeal.

Last min stop in for the night for us... very informative front desk lady. Recommended different restaurants in area an things to do. Not the fanciest place but clean an great location to downtown. Tower has a trail to hike to which we did an nicely maintained.

Wasn't expecting much out of this hotel but it was a really nice surprise. The rooms were really clean looks to have been newly renovated . The hardwood. Floors were great no stained or stinky carpet . Pool was great. Breakfast was good . Over all for the money outstanding.

A mix of teenagers cursing and having se* and family oriented groups. We couldn't sleep and our kids were terrified. You hear the neighbors like in your own room. The hot water is amazing but amenities poor.Never again!

We normally stay in hotels with elevators, etc., but decided to give this a try because of the good reviews. Nick Patel, the manager (I know because I asked for his business card so I could mention him personally) knows how to run a motel. The front desk people are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast area is kept up VERY well with great breakfast options (fruit, cereals, toast, muffins, waffles, biscuits/sausage/eggs/gravy, yogurt, etc.,) and our housekeeping service was good. The building is old yet apparently well built because we never heard our neighbors. Nice to have a small window in the shower to bring in light. The bedding is obviously new because it was very comfortable and we appreciated the new push to make flooring laminated tile instead of the carpet that was always questionable.

Clean but could use a bathroom remodel. Noisy plumbing and was scalded when the toilet was flushed. Close to everything. Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly. Decent place to stay on the cheap really! It's better than some of the downtown hotels, trust me!

The lady checking us in was extremely difficult to understand her English. She had our reservations for 2 room instead of just one. We finally told her to cancel one reservation. The beds were supposed to be Queen but were only doubles. The shower water was either hot or cold. You couldn't get them to mix. So the shower was terrible. We were crowded in the beds and not a decent shower. The breakfast served eggs that were precooked and round and flat like an egg for an Egg McMuffin. Our entire experience was terrible!
