Good, budget place to stay. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful. Having said I had a need for laundry, I was given a room close to the laundry room. The laundry room had three washers and two dryers - clean and working well. My room was large and clean. No issues with noise. Across the street is a yummy, old-style soft serve ice cream eatery. That and the pizza place delivery, both recommended by the staff, were very good.

The staff at this Hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean enough and somewhat updated with laminate flooring and modern decor. However, the beds are so hard, I didn’t sleep but maybe a couple of hours. I had thoughts of going out to my SUV to sleep because I was so uncomfortable. The bedding smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t recommend. Which is unfortunate, because the staff are so friendly.

While I wouldn't call it "poor" for the two-star rating, I certainly wouldn't call it "average" either. This is an old motel in desperate need of renovation and a serious deep clean. The walls are paper thin and I could quite plainly hear the occupants from the room beside us each time they used the bathroom or spoke. My friend and I were in town for an event and neither one of us wanted to venture into the shower due to the rust stains in said shower so we drove the 7 hour trip home without one. Surprisingly, the beds did appear clean and had the encompassing mattress sack which I appreciated. However, we found unidentifiable hair on multiple surfaces and I bought anti-bacterial wipes to clean it up myself. They need a new cleaning crew for sure. To add insult to injury, this was a $100+ hotel room and wasn't worth but possibly $38.95.

The location is fine. It's close enough to the downtown strip. The room itself was a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The beds are a little harder than I'd prefer and they sit up a little high. Not an issue for adults, but if you have small kids, that could be an issue. We have an older dog who jumped off the bed in the middle of the night and hurt herself because it was a little too high. Not hurt like she needed medical attention, just hurt like she was higher off the ground than expected. And since she's no cat, she didn't land on her legs! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is just okay, but with three teens (any free breakfast) is fantastic!

I was in Hot Springs for a pickleball tournament (which was awesome) and my group went home early and I was left struggling to find a reasonably priced hotel near the Convention Center. I found the Rodeway - and was pleased. The proprietors were lovely, the internet worked well for doing business, and the rooms were clean. They also had a breakfast bar. I had some equipment in my truck (ladders) and was a bit worried about theft, but they have security cameras in the parking lot and all was good. The facility is a bit dated with some wonky design features and repairs - but everything was clean and the rooms were roomy. If you have pets - they are a pet friendly facility. I would recommend.

Room is tucked in corner upstairs next to housekeeping. It's rather loud when the carts roll by. Main room has been updated but the bathroom is awkward. Small counter and you have to either put the toilet lid down or reach around it to flush. Room was clean. Jacuzzi works well and the water will stay hot for a very long time. Breakfast was simple but good. They kept refilling right up until 9 so the only thing that ran out was waffle mix 10 minutes before the end of breakfast.

Very clean, spacious room. Hot breakfast provided, although did not eat there. Off the beaten path, so quieter than the “strip” places. Very reasonably priced. Gracious employees. Nicest place we stayed on our 10 day trip.

Older hotel but it is clean. The walls are thin and you can hear everything, we had a family next to us and if we did not have a white noise maker we would have been quite unhappy. Our visit was on Thanksgiving weekend and they were quite busy. When taking a shower if someone else turns on the water somewhere else you can tell with the change in water temp and pressure.

Booked two rooms here for what was a quick overnight stop. Not too much to say except the place was average for a low budget motel. The rooms were clean, it was quiet and had an included breakfast. The breakfast had a waffle iron, fresh bananas and apples, oatmeal in packets, etc. There was a gentleman working the area but he was not a "talker" and didn't greet anyone that came or left. All in all, we got what we paid for~a low budget motel room which was clean and quiet. I would stay here again if we were passing through and only needed a place to rest up for the night. Nothing special/nothing bad!

This hotel is old, the beds were clean and comfortable. We could hear people in the next room literally using the bathroom, our bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast was good. Not worth the money.
