Room was not any better than a Motel 6. Save your money and stay at a cheaper motel.

Good location for what I needed, easy access, and a nice clean room! If I had to find a flaw it would be the water pressure in shower was low and stairwell needed a little more light. Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend this location.

Most everything was fine. Comfortable bed. Didn’t use many of the amenities. Overall, good value for the price of the stay.

It was a great hotel for a quick trip. The room is clean but pretty old especially the bathroom. Nothing to complain just an observation.

The hotel was nice and clean but had a closed up smell; therefore air freshener was needed. I had a problem with my door/key panel. Both nights of my stay when I came back to my room at night, I had to go to the front desk 2x to have my card re-keyed. After the 2x time of key-card not working, the front desk person would walk me back to my room and manually open my room door. They said it was a problem with the battery in the door/key panel; but it was an inconvenience for my 2-day stay.

Pool is huge! Was a great experience because of this. It was a hot afternoon and around 20 guests had the same idea as us, and used the pool. But it was so big that it did not feel claustrophobic. Front desk guy, Mr. Patel, very nice gentleman.

It wasn't terrible. It just wasn't great. The price was great. The rooms needed work. The staff was amazing!!! I probably won't stay there again.

The location is convenient for a short stay to visit the National Park. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We did not stay and Orbits has promised a refund. We checked in late at night but always check the being for bedbugs. We pulled back the mattress to find stains and done little crawling bugs on the top of the box spring. We immediately left the room. The night manager gave is another room but my partner find a dead bedbug in that room as week. We brought it down to the desk in a cup. We called Orbitz to complain. We ended up going to Little Rock to stay in a very nice Red Roof. This was awful. We lost a lot of sleep and missed out on seeing Hot Springs.

Room show in picture is not what I was given for the night. Flooring sticky, dry ceiling had been patched but not painted, poor lighting in shower area and sink area, two spiders smashed on the wall, dirt in all corners, shower small and metal drain in the middle of floor cut my foot, room door didn't seal could see light and wind was coming through the door, could hear conversion in detail in next rooms, heard sirens and road traffic, staff was very friendly and breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Over all, attention to detail from maintenance and housekeeping was lacking. I could have stayed at Motel 6 for two nights for the price I played for one night here. Not worth the money spent.

Was a good night sleep there quite.. An like the location an the room i stayed in.

I reserved this room for my daughter and her family's overnight stay in Hot Springs. She was very pleased with the hotel and room. She said the staff was friendly and helpful. They all enjoyed the breakfast because it had waffles. They frequently stay in Hot Springs and this will be their first choice for future visits.

King size bed was good mattress. Not enough blankets ( only a thin one ) . No hand towel or bath clothe racks to hang them on. Only rack was in bathroom for bath towels. No soap dish holders or any racks in shower stall ( everything had to be laid on floor of shower) . They cleaned the room one day only. They called to see if we're checking out before cleaning that day ,which was the first day of three nights stay. The desk person was nice and friendly. Had free bottled water. Continental breakfast was good. The room was clean when we arrived and the heating unit worked well. Our pet enjoyed her stay unlike her peers. We felt like we had to sacrifice for having a pet which is probably a standard conclusion. However , We would leave our pet at home on our next visit and go somewhere else for the amenities.

It was OK, the staff was great and friendly. Everything else was about average.

The hotel was close to the Conference where I were attending, very convenient, It was quiet and I were able to rest through the night.

I went here as they said they had been renovated in the last two years. Asked for queen beds; got two full size beds. Sink had no stopper. Hair dryer did not work Bathrom was tight. Found a roach in the room the morning we were leaving. Location was easy to find on SR 70, but far from Bathhouse Row. Continental breakfast was acceptable.

First thing I noticed was how dirty the sheets, bedding, walls, mirrors, tub, bathroom floor etc was. Stains on all of the above, and greeted to the sight of a huge dead cockroach in the bathroom. Walls were so thin I could hear people on both sides of us any time there were on the phone. I WORE MY FLIP FLOPS IN THE SHOWER IF THAT TELLS YOU HOW BAD IT WAS.
