The front desk was very nice. The property inside the rooms had been remodeled as described on the photos. The pool is large and clean. Breakfast fine. The area next to the pool is great for a gathering. Property is well maintained. Price is good. The door to the room needed some attention. Clearly they have done a facelift to property in and out. On the whole massive property and pretty safe feel to the area around property. FYI, Hot Springs can be hit and miss safety wise.

It was quiet. The tv signal kept going out for the majority of my stay.

This is an older property that is being updated. If you want a clean place to stay at a value price this is for you. Staff and check in was quick and friendly. Room clean. Quiet. Breakfast had waffles, egg cheese sandwich, muffins, fruit, Danish, breakfast burritos. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean and big. Also outdoors but warm water. Definitely will stay again

I appreciated that the room did not have carpet which made the floors cleaner. The room was clean but the tub was showing some age and wear. The beds are only full sized which makes sleeping 2 less comfortable. We had a very uncourteous neighbor who banged on the door of their room for several minutes at 4:40 in the morning to be let in. It did not make me feel safe. I was just about to call the front desk to see if there was any security present when the banging stopped.

I was checked in by the nicest lady ever. She was very eager to help me find food, a good bath experience, and enjoy Hot Springs. I loved talking to her! This was my first time in Hot Springs and I was just overnighting, but I liked it so much I'm going back to spend some time hiking. The water is wonderful! The motel was really just as you'd expect. Nothing that would stand out wrong (the beds are not the most comfortable, but I've had worse), nor anything stellar. Unlike a lot of these kind of less expensive motels I've stayed at in larger places, I didn't see anyone that seemed shady and there was no partying or people that looked to be staying for a place to do untoward things. THAT was a stand out!

The property and room was in good condition and the staff was friendly and efficient with the check in. It was in a quiet location which was good for resting.

Room was not any better than a Motel 6. Save your money and stay at a cheaper motel.

Good location for what I needed, easy access, and a nice clean room! If I had to find a flaw it would be the water pressure in shower was low and stairwell needed a little more light. Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend this location.

Most everything was fine. Comfortable bed. Didn’t use many of the amenities. Overall, good value for the price of the stay.

It was a great hotel for a quick trip. The room is clean but pretty old especially the bathroom. Nothing to complain just an observation.

The hotel was nice and clean but had a closed up smell; therefore air freshener was needed. I had a problem with my door/key panel. Both nights of my stay when I came back to my room at night, I had to go to the front desk 2x to have my card re-keyed. After the 2x time of key-card not working, the front desk person would walk me back to my room and manually open my room door. They said it was a problem with the battery in the door/key panel; but it was an inconvenience for my 2-day stay.
