I killed half a dozen roaches in and around the bathroom. This wasn’t my first stay here but it will be my last

Comfortable and close to alot of things downtown, room was clean and Staff were very good.

The non-smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke smell.

The property itself was good but the window curtain looked as though someone had changed their oil and wiped their hands in them. There was a recliner in the room that was broken down and the arm rest was torn. It was leaned up against the wall to support the back.

For the price this place was very good. The bathroom was in perfect condition-much better than other red roofs I’ve stayed in

Good staff. Appreciate the level of customer service. They have always quickly addressed any questions or concerns.

The only thing I found on this stay was the water pressure was low, there was a spider in the shower drain, and there were small insects in the sink. Good place overall.

Good location, but disappointed with cleanliness and room condition.

The front desk was very nice. The property inside the rooms had been remodeled as described on the photos. The pool is large and clean. Breakfast fine. The area next to the pool is great for a gathering. Property is well maintained. Price is good. The door to the room needed some attention. Clearly they have done a facelift to property in and out. On the whole massive property and pretty safe feel to the area around property. FYI, Hot Springs can be hit and miss safety wise.

It was quiet. The tv signal kept going out for the majority of my stay.

This is an older property that is being updated. If you want a clean place to stay at a value price this is for you. Staff and check in was quick and friendly. Room clean. Quiet. Breakfast had waffles, egg cheese sandwich, muffins, fruit, Danish, breakfast burritos. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean and big. Also outdoors but warm water. Definitely will stay again

I appreciated that the room did not have carpet which made the floors cleaner. The room was clean but the tub was showing some age and wear. The beds are only full sized which makes sleeping 2 less comfortable. We had a very uncourteous neighbor who banged on the door of their room for several minutes at 4:40 in the morning to be let in. It did not make me feel safe. I was just about to call the front desk to see if there was any security present when the banging stopped.

I was checked in by the nicest lady ever. She was very eager to help me find food, a good bath experience, and enjoy Hot Springs. I loved talking to her! This was my first time in Hot Springs and I was just overnighting, but I liked it so much I'm going back to spend some time hiking. The water is wonderful! The motel was really just as you'd expect. Nothing that would stand out wrong (the beds are not the most comfortable, but I've had worse), nor anything stellar. Unlike a lot of these kind of less expensive motels I've stayed at in larger places, I didn't see anyone that seemed shady and there was no partying or people that looked to be staying for a place to do untoward things. THAT was a stand out!

The property and room was in good condition and the staff was friendly and efficient with the check in. It was in a quiet location which was good for resting.

there were dirty socks left in our room. and neighbors were loud for hours at 4am
