LGBTQ+ owned and operated Cottage property in the heart of Downtown Hot Springs. Welcome to Miss Scarlet. This victorian home is one of 3 homes on the property. She was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel, to bnb. This home is curated to perfection and perfect for photos if you desire ( Check with in house photographer and owner, Madison Hurley). Scarlet is a 1 minute walk to Bathhouse Row including many shops and restaurants. Children 10+ allowed, no pets. Exterior cameras facing entrances and carport for guest’s safety.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Everything was easy, perfect and as described. We found the beds comfortable and the place was very clean. Love the Victorian decor of this home, it fits the history. It is so well maintained. Getting to the downtown area and bath houses was all walkable. The porch on the house provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay again, the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. House is beautiful, with modern amenities while also conserving the history of the house! Madison was wonderful with communicating with us with anything we needed. Looking forward to being able to stay here again

That driveway sucks. Street parking if you can’t get it! Beautiful property soooo cool! Very clean and cozy. It was like a dream. THE HISTORY is my fav part! Close to the downtown, just lots of stairs!
