This was such a beautiful experience for my husband and myself. I am very picky about where I stay when out of town. Comfort Inn & Suites Hot Springs Midtown has my vote!! Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the staff was so kind and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was SUPERB!! I was blown away, and will always choose Comfort Inn & Suites. We are very grateful for this experience!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. Check-in was fast and easy, and they took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and nearby places. It really set a positive tone for our stay. The room was big, super clean, and just perfect—exactly what we were hoping for. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space for our things, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. It was a great place to relax after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It was pretty standard for a Comfort Inn and Suites. It's a perfectly serviceable hotel. There might not be anything that will wow you about this hotel, but there is nothing to complain about either. I stay at a lot of hotels, 30+ a year, so I can be a bit picky. If the hotel was a color, it would be nurtural. Might not be the most exciting color out there but it goes with everything and is non-offensive.
